Nice place, nice location . Clean, enough space inside the rooms

The rooms temperature was very hot and didn’t get below 24 degrees. The elevator didn’t work for several hours and we were on the 9th floor so we were stock in lobby for a while. There were no toiletries provided.

First of all I have a suite which I did not expect to separate bedrooms with doors the kitchen and eat in area table with chairs in the kitchen was a full kitchen not a kitchenette and I realize that it was dorms that they used to rent out to people. The staff was so cordial and so lovely that place was so quiet and so clean and so convenient we were on the ninth floor so the views were startling. There’s no way I could ever go to Toronto again and stay in the other Place then the George

If you are on a budget this is a great place, really close to attractions. Rooms are clean, big and spacious.

I got to say this is a college dorm that is rented out during the summer to off set school cost. However, the towels were very sad. They looked like they were from a Dollar Store. They have a kitchenette but no utensils, basic cutlery or even a roll of paper towels to wipe your hands. The beds are very UNCOMFORTABLE. We woke up every morning sore and achy all over. The pillows are cheap and you always seemed to have a kink in your neck. But I guess you get what you pay for. I personally would say spend a little more and stay at a hotel with the proper amenities and a bed that you can seep and not wake up so sore. I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless you’re really on a tight budget. This was our first trip to Canada and we learned a lot of do’s and don’ts from this trip.

We were totally mislead - this was a dorm, not a hotel. We were traveling with young children and were not told until we checked in that they could not accommodate our request for a crib. This property might be fine for families with older kids or for couples, but I wish it had been represented as a dorm without hotel amenities when we booked it so that we had a sense of how uncomfortable it would be for our situation.

Love the location. The room was clean and confortable.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. The front desk staff was very friendly and the facilities were still very new. Awesome views of Toronto skyline.

The staff was so friendly and helpful in recommending places and giving us directions. We were greeted every time we walked through the door. The rooms are a great size and very clean and new. The hotel is right next to the distillery district, which was a really fun part of the city for food and drinks!
