Good with caveats!! So you have an early morning departure from Pearson, and the Super 8 is asking for $100 (or even $80) + tax? This should be your go-to place then ($40-ish + tax) for a single person/night. This is a college residence - however, it seemed pretty well secured and decent enough for me. All toilet facilities are shared, and you get a decent cot in a single dorm room. There is Ac & the wifi worked for me. Unlike other reviewers, I did not get a room with Cinder block walls, but one that was nicely painted. If you are there on a weekend you can park right across the street (from the building entrance) for free. I guess on other days you drive quite a distance to a 'covered' parking lot (and then haul yourself & your luggage back), which has a fee of $10 which can be waived at the front desk. A NOTE ABOUT THE BATHROOM AND THE PLACE: While I do not calk this down to humber, the other residents can be a source of bother (though a very FEW of them are around during the summer), as to how clean they leave the toilets and shared washroom facilities (in my case I witnessed two overflowing toilets - eewwww!!!), or how well they behave around the place. Not too huge of a deal breaker for me.

We arrive there by taxi. Then it was dark no-one around. Had to call to found out exact where room was. Then had to walk down a road where construction was going on for almost a mile. Arrive to a horrible room not welcoming at all. Hopefully we will never experience anything like this again.
