Everything was great, but the towels suck... they are so small, they are not bath towels. Room was really nice, pretty good view, easy access to main parts of the City!

Great hotel in a nice location in Toronto. RIght downtown and right across street from metro. Very nice rooms with great views. Not the best of restaurants or food in the lobby but a bar there. Overall just very nice hotel though and definitely on the less expensive side.

Great room, very comfortable and location was fantastic. Everything made for a wonderful stay. Will be back for sure!

Staff is always helpful and friendly! Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

All very good. Health centre was closed for refurbishing. Nice staff.

Very conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Staff were very courteous and professional... will stay again!

One King West is my favorite hotel. The only thing I would suggest is to improve your in-room dining menu choices. Also add more fruity cocktails and frozen drinks to the drinks menu. But at least the food that is there tastes great!I

Fun hotel in a former bank. Within walking distance of the train station, shopping and hockey hall of fame. Room was beautiful, clean, quiet and floor plan was fun - if you’ve never been inside a bank vault. The lobby/bar area had an engaging selection of craft beers, cocktails and music. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is basically IKEA studio condos they cannot rent out. It's a great building but the Erin are either bad studios or corner studios with a random bedroom off to the side. The only good thing is their master suites buys it'll IKEA furnishings.

i am into minimalism styles and this room got me covered really modern in a historic building... what else can you ask for? gym could use newer equipment, but that is just me! great staff, great ambiance, nice place for a short or even long stay

I stood 4 nights at the hotel and could not have one decent night of sleep! To begin with, the "suite" has a bathroom that has probably not been renovated since Canada was founded,150 years ago. Now, the real reason for which I'm complaining about. Someone decided that the best place for the air conditioner engine location was the sleeping room, right by the main bed. Therefore, every 15 minutes when the cooler starts, you feel like you are in a Boeing 747 repair garage! You can of course turn it off, but then you will sleep at 250 degrees at night. Additionally, someone else, decided to get bed sheets that are smaller than the matress, so you end up sleeping directly over the mattress every night. Instead of having 8 pillows, I would rather have one sheet that covers the mattress properly. I asked the front desk several times to have a different room, but apparently it was fully booked (I felt sorry for all of us!). Of course, you cannot complain when you book a cheap hortel, but here the "suite" goes for more than usd 300 bucks a night! Anyway, this was my last stay at the One King! If you need a hotel to...sleep, the you should definitely need to avoid this one!!!

Lack of consistent wi-fi tough for business travelers. Otherwise excellent property in a great location with attentive staff.

Great view, extremely comfy beds, should add more seafood to the menu but food tasted great. Drink menu should add more cocktails and make frozen drinks.

place is close to the subway station, but cleaning people in the morning (before 11am, it was around 8-9am) so loud. had to get up early.....

Our room was too hot and dry. We could not adjust the temperature set at 77 F.

Great hotel. Easy to get to places. Very comforting.

Loved our stay, will return here. We were able to walk the streets and explore the city. Central to shopping and many nice restaurant's.

Shower broken. Wifi flaky. Room was pretty minimal.

Kitchinette is a nice feature. Parking was not available due to a function but staff directed us to the Brookefield parking garage which was easily accessed through The Path

At check in staff gave no information about hotel facilities had to walk around and figure out what the had they had !
