Centrally located. Clean, friendly staff.

Used 20$ CAD credit but there was so many fees I end up spending 15$ CAD. The burger was very dry. Also asked for a room receipt but never received it :(

Loved the entry and all the beautiful historically kept features throughout.

Great boutique hotel walking distance to lots of attractions and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!

There was literally no parking available at the hotel. They had room all the customers dining and drinking in their lounge, but nothing for the guests who booked rooms at their facility. Nor, did they offer any alternative or voucher for a lot as a suggestion. We recieved two parking tickets and my friends Jeep actually was towed and impounded! It ended up costing us an additional $300 on top of the $280 for the room. They served no type of continental Breakfast, just suggested we dine at their cafe when it Opened at 9:am. Sorry, but the majority of travellers are awake and ready to get their day started far before 9am Nice rooms, but super pretentiousness staff with little to no ability to provide adequate customer service

Excellent area in the downtown. Short walk to all attractions. Starbucks coffee is in front of the hotels entrants. But. During our stay it was issue with elevators - they didn't stop on all floors, so the our check out day we needed to go downstairs 31! floors. Moreover, when we checked in, they took 250 CAD deposit from my visa. When we checked out, I have been told explicitly that the deposit will be returned to me the same day. After couple of days, I sent them email, but still, after entire week of waiting, I didn't receive the answer. And I didn't receive the deposit back.

Elevators were a problem. Like unusually long waits.

The location was great for the purpose of our stay and was close walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, Eaton Centre etc.) After check-in, we were unhappy with our room (weird layout, lack of windows and natural sunlight) so we called the front desk and asked to switch. They were very helpful and friendly in helping us get set up with a different room that was much better for our length of stay. we were very pleased with how the staff handled our request.

great location, staff was friendly, covid precautions were in place

Loved it. Hopefully the price doesn’t hike after my great review lol. I would definitely go back. But now if we could get a parking deal with the Commerce Court across the street, that would be the cherry on top of the Sunday.

Great room, great view, excellent service and kitchen menu. Only thing I would recommend is to include a parking pass for the nearby garage advertised on their site. With the garage's overnight fee, the hotel's valet actually would've been cheaper. Wish I'd known that before I parked.

Location and location and location it was conveniently situated

Always a favorite place to stay. Wonderful area, clean rooms and great upkept property.

They would not accept a confirmed reservation due to a technicalitie. When we tried to accommodate their requirements they would not accept what was presented even though earlier they said it was what they needed to honour the reservation.

I will never stay at this hotel again. It’s very old and seemed grungy to me. I was placed in the original part of the hotel which I did not like. It felt very claustrophobic and dark. As well, I did not feel safe staying in this hotel. I feel security was lacking and the staff were not at all attentive like one would expect. I believe this hotel should be downgraded. It is misrepresenting itself.

Dear Polina, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for choosing One King West as your hotel of choice during your recent visit to Toronto. I am glad to hear that you found our hotel location desirable. However, I am disappointed to hear that the functionality and speed of our elevators inconvenienced you. We strive to provide our guests with the highest quality of service in all regards, but unfortunately when an elevator unexpectedly goes down, it becomes extremely challenging and frustrating for all involved. This accompanied with the current government-imposed restrictions on elevator load capacities, created significant challenges for you and your fellow guests. For that, I truly apologize and hopefully this situation will return to normal soon. Once again, thank you very much for your valuable and constructive feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back to One King West soon. Regards, Steve O'Brien General Manager
