Ideally located, great confortable room and bathroom and excellent service. They even left a cookie and milk nightly for our daughter. Will stay here again without any hesitation.

I didn’t like that the voucher was-$10 instead of just having a limited buffet for $10 other than that I really liked everything else

The most accommodating staff possible. The property itself is beautiful, rooms are beyond expectations, amenities are plentiful, restaurants serve fabulous food. Location is perfect for shopping, dining and business.

Exemplary staff. Accommodating in every way. Beautiful and historic hotel. Located perfectly for both business and pleasure. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally appointed.

Great downtown location and amazing staff. Room was beautiful!

Elegant and stylish hotel. It's an older building circa 1905 but they have updated it. I enjoyed my room after I as upgraded to something larger.

Well renovated modern hotel within short walk to St Lawrence Market, distillery district, harbor front, CN tower, Aquarium, Eaton center, and more.

Location to sites and public transportation including train station. Food options in and near hotel (try the scone in coffee shop). They accommodated adjoining rooms for our daughters. Comfy beds, toilet separate from sink enables multiple people to get ready in morning. We received a congrats fruit and macaron basket to congratulate hubby on his retirement- the purpose of this trip. Thank you Vanessa- you were amazing before and during our trip! All arrangements done with your concierge team added to our wonderful trip. Thanks for arranging our escorted personal day trips. We never did that before and it was well with the little extra cost. You and Canada were warm and welcoming!

The Omni King Edward went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room.

Many food option close by. Close to subway and street cars.

Very disappointed -> the bell men at the front of hotel would never help my wife and I w our baby stroller, every time we would come and go from the hotel (there are steps leading up to the front door) we ordered hotel food and they brought very cold food they charged us for internet service the fridge they had in the room would turn off if no one opened the fridge door every 6 hours and it spoiled all of our food It was simply ridiculous

Never have gotten better and friendlier service than here! Had a great time and a beautiful hotel that was close to everything!

My wife and I stayed at the Omni King Edward Hotel for 8 nights during our 2018 Spring vacation. The grandiose lobby provides a welcoming first impression, and check in was fast friendly and efficient. We stayed in room 853, which was a generously sized corner room with a panoramic view overlooking King Street toward the East NorthEast. The bed was fluffy and comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. Wifi was free and signal was generally strong, although it was somewhat weaker on the bed as opposed to the desk or toilet just a few feet away. Kuerig coffee machine with 4 complimentary K cups per day were included, aling with one bottle of water. Location: The hotel is located in Toronto’s very safe central business district, and only a short 10 minute walk with luggage in tow from Union Station if you are arriving from the airport. Line 1 of the TTC subway line is a block away to connect to points all around this fabulous city, and the King Street street trolley stops half a block from the hotel’s front entrance. The hotel is also within reasonable walking distance from notable attractions such as St. Lawrence Market, Hockey Hall of Fame, Air Canada Centre, Ripley’s Aquarium, CN Tower, Rogers Center, Yonge Street shopping district, and the Queens Quay waterfront area. Other attractions such as Chinatown, Royal Ontario Museum, and Casa Loma are reachable easily by Toronto’s efficient public transit. A myriad of dining options, from upscale dining, a casual burger, a

The Omni King Edward staff was very friendly and was always willing to assist in any way possible. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of great sites such as the Hockey Hall of Fame, train station, subway, St. Lawerance market, and the Distillery District. Great stay all the way around!

Room was lovely, staff couldn’t have been nicer. Only major drawback was on Monday morning went down for breakfast a bit after 8am with an hour before we had to leave. The place was packed. There were tables set up outside the restaurant also full. We were told at least 5 tables waiting ahead of us. Wait time unknown. Packed and left. Got breakfast outside on our way to the train station.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Lobby was beautiful. Room was spacious with a king size comfy bed. A few little things would have earned an extra star. Towels were old & a bit worn. A morning paper would have been nice. TV remote was ridiculously old. Restaurant in lobby had good food & drinks.

My recent stay at the Omni has made me a fan of this chain, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and decent sized and the bed was comfortable. Interestingly enough the room had no closet which was strange but overall was great. The food provided for snacks and breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing as well. The hotel was pretty centrally located in the financial district so the train and trollys were right there, along with pretty good places to eat.

Good location, excellent service, great dining, good value for money.
