Came in for a wedding staff VERY pleasant. Hotel bar could use some more choices, but bar staff is friendly and will talk to you. Room comfort was great, bed comfortable. AC not as cold(even @ 60) but overall very nice and clean. Will return
We stayed for 2 days in Toronto on our way to our international flight. Hotel fell a bit short of expectation. Room was smaller as compared to other hotels I stayed with same requirements. TV was not enjoyable with bad quality menu screen and few choices to select. No free WiFi (costed CAD 6 per day). Room cleanliness was not bad. In bathroom there was a little bit of dirt on top of flush tank. Staff was friendly and very nice shuttle service back and forth from the airport.
overall the hotel was great, good customer service , the staff really made you feel great staying there ..... but 20$ fees for parking and no wifi is the issue i didn't like...already have issue contact people in Toronto but paying for wfi sucks should be included
Excellent for early travels from the Toronto airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very confortable beds.
We had a death in the family and had to travel back from Panama after only arriving there 4 days ago. We needed to make rush arrangements for travel and hotel. The Marriott at Toronto Airport was the one we choose and after arriving I found the hotel outdated and need of renovations. When we went up to our room, it was so plain and outdated, it was actually kind of disappointing for being a Marriott. There are many hotels around Pearson Airport that I would probably try another.
The people at the desk couldn't wait to tell me what I couldn't have or do at their hotel. They seemed lazy and bothered to check me in. Keep looking there are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area
Good location , near to the airport, not breakfast including...
Completely met expectations for a Marriott hotel
overnight stay, before traveling earlynext morning
We had a super family mini vacation. The staff were helpful, the restuarant, though a bit expensive, was of good quality for breakfast and the check-in and out was fast.
Usually, my experience is good. However, as I booked my hotel stay through Orbitz, they couldn't find my reservation when I got there & refused to let me into the hotel until I paid again. It was my wedding/honeymoon, so I was not happy about this. Other than that, their hot tub is dirty & their maid staff is rude. Aside from those things, I have loved my stays at this hotel. So I guess I'm mixed at this point.
Was initially put in a small room that did not match orbitz description. Had to coomplain to the manager to get moved
The location is very close to the airport. The room was clean and the beds were up to Marriott standards with a good working desk. The staff was accommodating for a late check out when my early afternoon flight was cancelled. The downside was that my room was close to the elevator on an upper floor. Hallway noise was very loud. Could also hear upstairs activity most of the night. It quieted down around midnight and started back up around 5:00. If you stay at this hotel, request a room away from the elevators.
The hotel staff are warm and friendly... doorman helped with luggage and cabs... the wait staff in the restaurant was VERY accomodating and positive in their attitude and presentation was prompt. Marriott's beds are the best as is the bedding and amenities. This is a great location for business but if going into the city it is a bit far out... Depending on the Canadian dollar it is a good value...
We were able to check in in the morning rather than 4pm. The staff was very helpful and gave us coupons for the place we were going. The pool was great for the kids. Next time we are in town we will stay here again, the price was great for the room.
