The staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I could not give a much higher rating was that the shower head was very poor; literally only one stream of water was coming out; I was in room #434. Hope this helps. best,

Staff are rude and not responsive to guests. The shuttle does not run late at night, and the late-night desk clerk is dismissive. While travelling for a serious, documented family emergency, the hotel refused to accommodate a change to the booking.

Rooms are extremely dated. The heat wasn’t working in my room and they didn’t move me to a room they had working heat. They informed me too many people were using heat and it couldn’t keep up so they were handing out space heaters. The room clearly suffered some kind of leaking as the valance was extremely stained. Not sure if it was even moldy as it’s dark brown and hard to tell. Checking in they were friendly but again wouldn’t move me when I complained about the room. Because I booked third party I would have forfeited the money paid if I canceled and went elsewhere. Checking out he took my room card but was processing a stack and would “get to it” so who knows when I will see my deposit back on my card. Do not recommend. Restaurant server was friendly and food was okay but only one server so be prepared to wait for ordering/food& drinks. If they would have been willing to refund me I would have left and gone elsewhere even though it was 10pm by the time all was said and done

Staff was excellent. At checkin the on duty front desk attendant was great. He arranged for our morning shuttle reservation to the airport promptly. Abdul, the front desk attendant on duty prior to us leaving, went so far as to offer us a coffee in the morning and was very friendly. We had very good service at the restaurant as well.
