The staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I could not give a much higher rating was that the shower head was very poor; literally only one stream of water was coming out; I was in room #434. Hope this helps. best,

Shuttle service was excellent. Couple minor things, like the curtains do not close all the way in my room so the lights came in pretty strong. Loud high pitch noise in my room, asked to be changed, waited 30 minutes and finally just put on my headphones and went to bed. Good value for what I paid in the end.

Everything good, have stayed here several times, and will do so. However, charged an extra $15 for parking, hint there were people parked there during their holiday down south. Found the last possible spot on the top deck in freezing weather.
