The staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only reason I could not give a much higher rating was that the shower head was very poor; literally only one stream of water was coming out; I was in room #434. Hope this helps. best,

The room could use a refresh. Flooring is separating, sink drain is blocked (shows how well the sink is cleaned) and because I had an adjoining room, I could hear the person in the next room through the space at the bottom - that I assume used to be covered by carpet.
