Walked in, everyone was happy and helpful. Room was beautiful and the bathroom wonderful, bathtub was a huge plus! Laid down to sleep and fell in love with the bed and pillows...I want those pillows....like sleeping on a cloud. Loved the presentation of everything and apples were a nice touch...would stay here every time, location was perfect!

Great location, right around the corner of air canada center and the cn tower

Modern beautifully designed hotel with friendly and professional staff. Large rooms, beds like comfy clouds. Exquisite bathroom design and lighting.

Breakfast is included and is substantial. I was impressed and pleased with the abundance of smoked salmon at the breakfast buffet.

Close to transportation many vacation and business

Nothing but great things to say about this place. Great hotel for the price.

What a great place! Good breakfast, walking distance to MANY things, great value, comfy beds, super friendly and helpful staff. Honestly, a perfect stay!

This hotel has a great location near Rogers Center, the waterfront and many restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms have a neat contemporary furnish. The breakfast is wonderful - they said it was continential but it is much more than that - cereals, yogurts, oatmeal, croissants, pastries, an espresso machine, meats, boiled eggs, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is super cool, with light settings in the room (including an indicator by your bed for privacy or service needed). The bathroom was awesome, with a separated toilet and rain shower head. The location was a short trip to the ferry and right by great shops and restaurants. The customer service was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Toronto!

Modern and clean - in a very good location. did not try other stuff

Guest service was amazing. Valet was perfect. The room, with the round bed was amazing. The view was great. Overall, amazing. 11/10!! Will definitely book again.

I returned to Le Germain for a fifth time. I had stayed there on the first week the hotel opened a few years ago and can confirm the quality of service, the beautifulness of the rooms and overall experience have remained extremely high. You won't regret your choice!

The hotel was great and staff were very helpful. I had made a resservation online and when i arrived they had my reservation in another hotel but the front desk staff fixed it right away.

Best value in downtown Toronto to stay if you lo9ve sports

Le Germain is the very best value and quality place to stay in downtown Toronto. You need to realize the experience. Words do not properly describe the facility and the staff. Make sure to make this your next destination when traveling to Toronto.

Good concierge excellent.location close to subway and taxis.breakfast was good with attentive staff.weather made this a wonderfull trip

Me an my honey went to celebrate my birthday at La Germaine Maple Leaf Hotel. The hotel is sexy and comfortable. It's situated in a great location. We couldn't have made a better choice. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the TO.

The design of the room and the features (electronics, desk, bathroom fixtures etc.) all were the absolute best - design-wise and comfort-wise. I was very impressed.

One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Great location to all the downtown hot spots . Staff, room and breakfast was awesome!

everything worked and was exceedingly well-designed and laid out. From the light switches (all on, all off, ambient) to a button for do-not-disturb, password-free wifi that worked first time, and everything else you would expect. I was very happy.
