Check in was trash. Front desk took some time calling guest up, though three gentleman were working. When called, the staff member supporting me kept calling me a man lol I know I had a long drive but I’m pretty confident I have never been a man. He was also lazy with his information regarding the hotel. When in room, the views were of older humans on their apartment balcony doing laundry. The night life downtown Toronto really makes the difference…4/10 recommend

Great hotel just a couple of noise issues

The hotel was in a good spot, close to harbour, CN tower, aquarium and st Lawrence markets and just around the corner from union station. it was clean and staff were friendly and helpful but the bed was terrible.the mattress was on a frame with slats that were really noisy every time you moved ,like I mean really noisy!. Doors also not soundproof so you heard every door slam , they definitely need some soft closers

All was good but the noise that weekend as our room faced the Main Street, understandably there were multiple events happening that weekend which made it noisy. The bar across from to the right of the Keg was especially loud until past 2am

The buffet breakfast had quite a variety of items and was very good. The pool was also good. I downgraded the rating because we had to deal with an early morning fire alarm that none of the staff were made aware of the cause.

Good Stay in Toronto

Breakfast service and choice very good. Unfortunately, pillows were too fat. Asked about different pillow size at reception but housekeeping were unable to assist. Very well located. Unfortunately did not not appreciate fire alarm going off at 6am, though assured by the fact they worked

The hotel was amazing, including the staff. We were attending the Mel Robbins event at the Meridan Hall and arrived a little earlier in the day. We were able to register early which was amazing. The Keg, Spaghetti Factory was across the street and No Frills & Tim's down the street. Also the restaurant at hotel was great and quick service. The union station was a easy 7 min walk. We would stay there again

Great location and vibe, lots of restaurants near by along with the St Lawrence Market just up the street. Only issue was the TV, not sure who the provider is but did not like the set up.
