Novotel Toronto Centre

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Door to room have a 2" gap at bottom, not only did light filter in all night but so did noise.

After weeks of searching we stumbled upon this hotel and glad we did! Great location, 3 restaurants across street, water taxi to islands just blocks away, right next to yonge street! I would book this very classy, yet affordable hotel again!

very close to bus station hockey hall of fame, and eaton centre

This hotel is not downtown but subway is close by and Eaton Center is within walking distance. Easy to find when driving in to Toronto.

Perfect Hotel for a weekend stay in Toronto. Parking is good but costs an additional fee of 30 CAD per day. A lot of nice restaurants near by as well as Sony Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame or St Lawrence Market! We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel! Friendly staff and quick check in/out.

Had a great time! Hotel has a great location and can walk in minutes to the Harborfront and CN Tower. Many pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Only drive we took was to the Royal Ontario Museum. Hotel was comfortable, quiet, and felt safe. Easy parking in their garage. Breakfast buffet had just about everything...also clean and well presented.

Very nice and clean hotel, right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to Union Square and Convention Center. Breakfast, which was included in the deal we got was fantastic! Eggs, pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage -- really extensive. Would definitely look at this property again if I find the need to stay in Toronto.

Great location. Very close to main attractions. Nice breakfast.

Had a great time with my daughter, who was in Toronto for the first time. The hotel was easy to find, nicely appointed and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to check in super early so we could then do some sight seeing. Parking was a breeze, but a little pricey at $28/day. We didn't sample any of the hotel cuisine, but the pool was really nice and the location is ideal. We were a few blocks from everything (Hockey Hall of Fame, Union Station, St. Lawrence Market, etc). She's already talking about going back and if we do, we'll be staying at the Novotel again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Each visit has been a good experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, nice lounge area/restaurant on-site. Location is great for all the downtown experiences Toronto has to offer. Really enjoyed the newly opened Ripley's Aquarium (within walking distance). Will stay at the Novotel again next time we are looking to "explore" this great city.

I went to Toronto for a show at the rogers center. The hotel was located right beside the go bus station which made it super convenient. The hotel is also located close to the CN Tower and Rogers center. The front desk staff were OK. They didn't seem to polite but they werent rude either. I had problems with their key cards which was a little upsetting but it was an easy fix unfortunately it happened twice. The pool, hot tub, weight room and change rooms were all nice and clean. The rooms were nice and clean however the chairs in them could have been more comfortable. Overall I enjoyed the stay and it was a good hotel for the price I paid. I was most impressed by the amazing location! Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper hotel in a prime location.

only stayed one night but extremely clean and comfortable! thank you!

Great location - close to all Toronto has to offer. Front desk staff needs to act friendlier to guests - don't really enjoy waiting 5-10 minutes to check-in because clerk is "settling his paperwork". Good breakfast buffet, although table service for coffee, silverware and cheque very slow. Will return, as we really like the location.

We went over thanksgiving so the hotel was quieter than usual. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and welcoming.

Seemed like a better value than many others in the area, and had great proximity to the Hockey HOF and other destinations.

hotel was clean, decent, secure. Nothing to go WOW about but nothing to complain, either. Good value for the price and a location that was only a 15 minute walk to attractions or rapid transport.

The Hotel was clean, with friendly helpful staff and well located. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and supper in the very close vicinity; within a blockl. Hotel restaurant a bit over priced with limited options for breakfast.compared to just down the street. Allowed to stay an hour past check out time. Stored bags when asked. Nice lobby, they called a cab for us and the business center worked very well and was convenient with free services for a short time. I will stay there again for business and we would again for a weekend getaway to play in the GTA. I would not call this Hotel a place for a romantic getaway but it works well if the intent is to visit the downtown area so we were quite satisfied.

Very welcoming lobby. Staff was most cordial, informative, and helpful. Underground parking was very handy. We liked the security of the elevator and parking lot where you must use your room key to access. Bar and eateries across street and convenience store that served breakfast just steps away.

We stayed at this Novotel to attend The Rolling Stones concert at Air Canada Centre. Only a 10 min walk to the venue. Excellent restaurants across the road. Really comfy bed!

Room was in good condition, staff was helpful and friendly enough. Great location if you are the bar-hopping type, as it is right across the street from a line-up of good bars.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We are so glad you enjoyed our convenient location close to many local attractions and public transportation.
