Hotel was good, bed comfortable. Staff pleasant and the amenities super - really well equipped gym, nice hot tub and pool! Watch out for the sharp tiles though, I nearly cut myself. A few misses: Pillows are way too soft. Why is the cafe’s seating so ridiculously close together? And the little weirdly placed drawers are useless. But I enjoyed it and would stay again.

We love the Novotel Toronto Centre. We've been here maybe 4 times so far. You gotta love a place where they just top off an already nice room with a quality bed, etc by putting the TV centered across from the bed. The staff are always very helpful and informative about things you get with your stay. The parking is until 6pm on the day you leave. We haven't eaten dinner at the restaurant yet, but the breakfast has many options and isn't a shocking price either. They've always had enough staff at the registration to keep wait times in queue very low or well, no wait at all. Gardiner to Yonge, then maybe 5 blocks including one extra turn and you are into the underground where you get a space always without having to journey to the center of the earth for it. If you've ever slowly dipped your favourite bourbon in your favourite comfy chair by a fireplace, the whole experience at the Novotel is like that.

Unfortunately a do not enter door hanger was placed on the door for the duration of the trip. As we did not require cleaning service and requested no entry into the room. However,. Regardless of this hang tag placed the housekeeping team entered the room whereby items such as jewelry and electronics were out and not in the safe given the door hanger was in place to not need to put items away. This was a full invasion of privacy and really asks the question of why are we offering door hangers which provide guidance to team members when they are not observed.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always been happy to return because of the clean rooms, great amenities, and overall comfort. This time, however, we were disappointed with how a reservation issue was handled. A glitch on the hotel’s end removed the breakfast option from our booking, even though I had a photo clearly showing that we selected it. Despite this, the staff declined to honour it. It wasn’t a major issue overall, but it did leave a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay—and it has made us a bit less certain about returning in the future.
