Price is right Rooms need help. We booked it for the price. Pilots stay here.

The hotel is what is in the meantime usual for many hotels of this type, although its room price does not include free parking ($12 per night plus tax) nor is there a refrigerator. There was no dedicated socket near the bed for recharging one's phone, nor was the coffee machine plugged in, so to do either we were unplugging lights. Not really sure what the 4 star rating represents any more when encountered with these minor yet annoying issues.

Quick service. Missing coffee and only 1 wash cloth. A few things were unplugged. Brought coffee to room in under 2 minutes after notified. Shower head was bad. Just rough around the edges. Comforter was totally clean. Otherwise nicely furnished and well equipped.

Dark interior in rooms and corridors. No bar in rooms. Older elevators. Surprise: Safe box lies on the closet floor and NOT attached to a wall. It is easy for a thief just to take the box with him/her. Too few electrical outlets in the rooms. Pickup shuttle service is clumsy. My cousin had to wait the hotel shuttle at the airport S5 point for 45 minutes.. .

room was an incredible buy-a suite for the price of a room.

Great staff 5 mins from airport free shuttle great reasturant on the property or lots close by

Highly recommended. We had a great time. close to airport, downtown

My girlfriend and I had a very nice stay here. Everything was clean, the gym was nice, the staff were friendly, the room was comfy and quiet, and we had no complaints at all. It was nicer than other airport area hotels I've stayed at near Pearson.

Very nice hotel, but I have to say our server Sunday night in Moxies (Emmy) was the sweetest kindest most attentive server. She made a great stay turn top notch!

The bed including the mattress and the pillows are outstanding - very comfortable and warm because they remind me of my home in Texas . I just flew from Rome, Italy and I was worn out, but I was surprised that it has met my expectations.

Last minute find worked out well and provide so much if you are planning a few nights loaded with amenities and huge fridge and sofa large tvs in both rooms very clean good service and good food downstairs at the grill.

I had a great time staying here. The staff was very courteous and responsive to all my demands. The room was very clean and everything was well maintained. Location was very close to the highway so I didn't have major problems. Having Moxies right downstairs was an added plus as well. Overall, it is exactly what I paid for and what I expected. No disappointments.

Having read the name Sandman, I somehow expected a boutique hotel with really unique features. Instead , the hotel was bland, with not a single distinguishing feature , the gym was a room with 2 antiquated machines. This stay was disappointing under every aspect, they even charge you separately for parking. There are many hotels that are a better deal locally.

Booked this hotel at last minute, not knowing the area and where to stay. Over exceeded expectations. Great value for price.

This was a nice, modern hotel close to the airport that was very convenient for a couple to stay in before or after a trip. I would recommend this again! The restaurant in the lobby of the hotel was also nice - we ate outside on the patio and it was a beautiful evening for a meal outdoors.

We stayed just one night, traveling through Toronto from Frankfurt, back home. We took the Hotel Shuttle bus from and to the Airport. It was prompt and on timely. The room was comfortable and clean.

I stayed only for one night, so did not have a chance to see any amenity, that is why I gave it an average vote. One thing that is missing is the breakfast included, which would be nice for travelers that leave at 6 am lime myself. Other than these things, the experience was great.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is pleasant . The location is great ! The restaurant I'm the hotel is very convenient

Didn t stay there long as I was in at midnight and out ot 6am but hotel was nice and great staff no complaints
