My check in was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. I asked for my conference parking rate and did receive it but not before being chastised for not booking through the conference. After getting my key I asked if house keeping could be asked to change the feather duvet and pillow from one of the beds. The woman began to chastise me again, then left the front desk to “report me” to the conference lead who was in the restaurant having lunch! I was mortified called her back to her station, she demanded I return the key that the room would need to be sterilized. I assured that I just needed one bed with no feathers no sterilization or heroic deeds needed. I was concerned about timing because I only had an hour break, she called Matthew the manager and
