Second time staying here, and it's still good 6 months later. The major difference is they seemed to have locked the room to the towels. They do supply 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel & 1 face towel, but for people with long hair, it's better to have a separate towel to dry your hair. A/C works fairly well and quiet. They also pay attention to any special requests. Neighbourhood is still about the same -- quiet, fairly clean.

We didn't interact with any staff as we had a late check in, but Bruna was lovely via messaging with instructions on what to do for that and any other questions we had. Our stay was lovely as always, with our only complaint being that the single king bed was actually two singles pushed together. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means, but it was just not the best surprise. We'll absolutely be staying here again.

Victoria's Mansion is a lovely guest house in a great location. The staff very friendly and helpful. My single room was clean and the bed very comfy. There was a problem with the circuit breaker tripping when either the TV or kettle was operating and so it is being addressed with the electrician. Regardless, I was given a credit for the inconvenience which I appreciate. I do recommend the facility and will go back myself.

We got the last room available with only a double bed. It was a tiny room but totally fine for our purposes. As well the room’s window is right beside the front door so it was a bit noisy at times. The property is lovely and the area is fantastic. Lots of restaurants, quaint coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were nice. I was pleasantly surprised to see a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker in the room along with glasses mugs and cutlery. We recommend this place if your looking for an economical place to stay in Toronto in a nice area.

I dealt with Edyta who was thorough, kind and understanding. My room was tiny, clean and comfortable. The toilet in the tiny bathroom is low and close to the wall in front, lol, and I’m tall so it was a bit of a challenge. I didn’t stay long, but lovely layover and the bed was super comfy.
