Horrible!!! Ok so I get to the hotel with my wife after a 7 hour drive, where we just wanted to rest after a very long day. I get to the front desk to do the check in at around 12 midnight and I give the receptionist my license and my Visa debit card he says “yea this isn’t gonna work, we are going to need a credit card. I told him I don’t have a credit card and that all I have is debit cards and he says “sorry sir but our policy has been like this for two years now and this is our policy” so I told him “I made the reservation months in advance with the debit card I just handed you and I can’t use it to stay here after a 7 hour drive, all I want to do is rest..is there anything you can do for me please?” Which I was very kind but I was losing my patience as he said “like I said sir…bla bla bla… same thing as before” I just walked out as to not disrespect him. I don’t understand how a hotel can let you reserve a room with a debit card but you can’t use that same card to stay there. That was very frustrating. Also I had to spend nearly twice as much as I had to reserve another hotel much cheaper elsewhere which it was already past midnight but with very limited options I had to do what I had to do. But wow just a horrible experience I mean not every one has a credit card.

Great location to see the falls. The 30th floor is recently renovated however the other floors are not. There is a very interesting route to the 30th floor. The views were beautiful. Treat yourself and get the Falls view; you will regret not doing it!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the viewers were speechless; we had a fantastic time. The staff is very friendly with a smile on their faces. I strongly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the best moments we had.

My room was clean and comfortable, easy check-in, my only issue is that they did not have a coffee pot or microwave in the room, other than that it's was great

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. However, our hotel payment policy is sent to each guest at the time of booking and is also posted on our website. We do apologize for the manner in which the situation was dealt but at this time, we only accept credit cards as a viable form of payment.
