AWESOME! I will surely booked in this hotel again.

Excellent views of falls from your room, if you stay in the more expensive falls view rooms. The lower priced falls views rooms do not overlook the falls but they give you a pass to a viewing deck. The room was oddly shaped but tons of windows and extremely minimal storage area (one closet that could hang four items). But views were awesome.

Would not recommend this hotel, words can not express how bad we were treated.

Booked room specifically for view.Paid $405 per night for Deluxe king bed falls view room and the photograph on the Orbitz shows full view of horseshoe falls from the glass window of Deluxe room. But when you check-in they tell you that Deluxe room is with city view and Luxury room is with falls view.Staff is not helpful and there was no manager to talk to on the entire Laborday weekend.Hotel is old and poorly maintained. Will never go back.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean but smaller considering we had only one bed in our room but the view of the falls was spectacular. There is an ihop restaurant located in the hotel for your convenience but the location of the hotel is in walking distance to other restaurants.

Our room was hotel view. We looked out directly to the hotel next door. A suggestion would be to move the bed too the other side of the small quarters so we could have a relaxing view of the US falls. We had to sit on the window sill to see part of the horseshoe falls. Hotel was quiet and very comfortable. Possibly offer a free breakfast at the iHop on the next floor down. Like EVERYTHING at Niagara falls, it was over priced. But all hotels are the same. Hotel was centrally located, a 15 minute walk to the falls area or you could take the tram down hill for $7 a day or $5 for one round trip. Take advantage of the packages offered at ticket stands, they include free bus service anywhere in a 5 mile area. Great FRIENDLY staff were a bonus. Parking was a bit high, $40 per day which is added onto your room bill at the end. Food in the area is exhorbinately high. If you can drive or take a taxi outside of the falls area you can find good, cheaper food. 2 of us at Outback coated$110 American, nobody takes US gift cards. The Keg coupon for $30 off 2 entries was the cheapest deal. Food was great, and was $45 after the $30 discount. 1 beer was $12,'& it's like that everywhere. I suggest you bring your own drinks.

A little skeptical at some of these hotels and the pictures but really took our breath away when we got in the room. Hotel staff was super nice, room clean and bed comfy. A unique hotel experience and made it an unforgettable trip.

Substandard!! Not worth the money. Carpet is too old. Furnitures peeling of!

The Tower Hotel may be 55 years old but there was a reason it was built where it sits, the view is without a doubt the best in town. The staff from the front desk right through to the chambermaids helped make our stay the holiday we deserved. If you are looking for a friendly and romantic Niagara Falls getaway the Tower is more than a room in a hotel.

Loved it. Very clean. Close to everything. Staff was great and eager to help you.

From internet pictures I expected a larger and nicer room. The view was good, but it was very small room that was barely big enough for bed and dresser. The bathroom had a nice shower, but the room itself was very small also! To go to my room on Penthouse floor, I had to take main elevator to highest floor and then get in small elevator and hold up button to get to top floor.

The view was amazing from our room. Drinks and apps at Marilyns were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable. Wego stop was right out the front door. Valet was kind and quick when bringING our car around. This hotel was perfect for us and we will recommend to anyone.

We had spectacular view of horseshoe / Canadian falls. Staff was very very friendly.

Great hotel for a one nite stay although we did not have View of the Falls. I'd rather a larger room if I were staying longer though. Staff very friendly and room small but clean and efficient.

Had a night away with my girlfriend. The view was great, the room was amazing. The valet parking was spot on. The valet driver was very friendly a quick with advice and directions. The ONLY negative is the shower was so weirdly designed you couldn't wash without hitting your arm on a wall. Your back also was basically resting against a cold wall the entire time you showered. But overall it was an amazing stay. Would with out a doubt stay there again.

Wow!awsome experience the hotel met our experience indeed. We loved the customers services, the staying the breakfast. Deply satisfy with the service. If the future has another trip to canada for us, we wont hesitate to choose the tower hotel

Our room had no hot water so they upgraded our room to a nicer one but the Hassel of doing so was upsetting but ghe staff wax very accomadating and apolagetic

This boutique hotel was just what we were looking for on our couple's retreat! Great location and walking distance to everything! The view was truly breathtaking and unbeatable. We truly recommend this place if you're planning on visiting Niagara Falls!

The hotel was wonderful the rooms were clean all the time, and the staff was amazing. However, the room service was limited and the restaurant was only open for reservations.

had the pent house, falls veiw, this was a wonderful room and an amazing view, worth the extra money for a romantic get away and a once and a life time experiance
