Highly do not recommend. Horrible experience. Wouldn't know where to begin...

Everything was perfect, the location, staff, parking, room, breakfast, and price.

We had terrible experience at this hotel. 1. Bath towels too small and hard 2. bathroom tub closing devise missing. Cannot take a bath. 3. Knob to pull for making the shower to work not working. 4. damaged walls repaired with tapes- look unsightly 5. Beds making squeaking noise with slight movements on them.. 6. We could not stand to stay our booked 2nd night and checked out after one night stay. 7. No refunds issued.

Ity was filthy and the atmospere in the building was damp. Unfriendly staff

This place was so disgusting and ugly, I regret staying there. Check in is suppose to be at 3:00pm, we got there around 7:00pm exhausted from the trip and they were still "cleaning" the room. The fixtures were dusty, curtains falling from one side, bedsheets were dirty and smell bad, they were not replaced with clean ones. Shower curtain dirty, so was the sink and toilet. The lady at the front desk was rude. The breakfast room was also dirty, tables were not clean, floor was sticky, tables were crammed, and not stable that if you move the table you could spill your food and coffee.ugh breakfast everyday was the same, eggs, stale bacon, and some toast or bagel with butter. Only ate there 1 ttime. I would not recommend this place at all. If you can afford it find something much better.

Traumatizing first time having a bad experience baby bed bugs running towards me on the pillow . I know a bed bug when I see one .

Breakfast is pretty good but facilities really need to be maintained and be improved

The staff are considerate to a degree. It is in a great location making touring Ontario a joy. The big problem is the hotel; very filthy rooms as if there has been no cleaning in a decade. The bedding isn't clean, rooms are not vacuumed nor cleaned. A brown sticky substance is pronounced throughout the room. At a price of $396.63 the I was charged by ORBTIZ for this room is unbelievable. We went in a group of 15 people. One couple could not book at the Niagara Lodge & Suites stood at the Ramada fro less money and had much better accommodations. I am surprised that ORBITZ would book such a place.

Some of the hotel staff are not friendly! The rooms with carpet are smelling while those with hardwood floors are not too bad. The hotel is Ok for the price, and the free breakfast is satisfying.

Room was gross and we had bug bits in the morning

Hotel was shabby. Breakfast food poor quality. Large Rat traps visible at front entrance where garbage containers kept.

This Hotel start on the front desk so rude attention. When I paid the reservation online , coudn't mention 4 persons n the room will be and they charge me $20 more and ask for check in one hour before the rule and charge me $10 more . on the room no towels , dirty , microwave not working , coffee machine same , toil paper bad, bathroom seiling dirty need replace, wifi in not connect anymore , telephone room not working .

First off I'm not one to listen to somebody elses reviews bc everyone experience is different. Of course staying at a hotel that is cheaper and not five starts you are not going to walk into a beautiful updated hotel. And I know that, but walking into my hotel room this week I Was grossed out not to mention so was my 9 yr old. there is a difference between a cheap hotel and a clean hotel. My room was cheap but not cleaned . Spider webs in every corner of the room. toothpaste marks on sink knobs a dead bug smeared in shower. Overall disgusting. the carpet was dirty my daughter didn't want to take her shoes off. The pools were heated but the Jacuzzi was broken with just a tiny bit of water in it hair floating in it . The hotel workers should of cleaned it,major eyesore the breakfast room was eggs, sausage, homefries bagels ect. The room was also dirty bc guest always didn't clean up after themselves, told my husband maybe going early was better it wasn't,thank god only stayed one night my husband didn't even want that but I said where else would we go last minute, the bed was clean and newer to just get some sleep, only stayed one night.

Horrible breakfast and front desk not welcoming .

When we first arrived staff was abrupt with us, not very friendly. When we went into our room, immediately it had an old, musty smell, the paint was cracked/patched in many places. The bed linens and curtains looked about 20 years old. The mattress was disgusting. There was an ant problem in the room. Avoid this place!

For $25 dollars a night you just have to clean your own room ( spray cleaner)& bring your own sheets wear socks. We saved money and the city bus pick up in front

Terrible, dirty room. Very old motel, not renovated. rooms mustiness. Not recommendet this motel.

it was a hot breakfast and for the price the hotel was all right, if your used to a 3-4 star this is not the hotel for you. The pool was a little cold.

Rom is a little out of date and needs some updating but it is clean and convenient with parking. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Inside pool for those winter time craving.

I would be ashamed to be reselling this hotel. My dog has stayed in better accommodations. Though it was cheap, it still was too much compared to the accomodations.. If I could rate a negative value I would.
