Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec mes amis, et malheureusement notre expérience n’a pas été bonne. La chambre n’était pas bien équipée : il n’y avait rien pour préparer une boisson chaude, pas de cafetière ni d’eau. Le bruit de la climatisation était très fort, elle s’allumait et s’éteignait toutes les quelques minutes, ce qui nous a réveillés plusieurs fois pendant la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas sain non plus. Mon amie est tombée malade après l’avoir pris, probablement à cause des saucisses de mauvaise qualité. Elle a eu des nausées toute la journée et son état est resté mauvais jusqu’au lendemain. Notre voyage a été complètement gâché, et nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la suite de notre séjour.

The room was large and bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. The breakfast was also good. Checking in was easy as well as check out. Located within an hour walk from the falls in a pleasant neighbourhood. The property was also well kept. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would have appreciated a hot water kettle . But overall Excellent value . And courteous staff.

Generally our 6 night stay in room 144 was fine but they did not have Hand Towels and Face Cloths were very sparse and had to be requested daily. The Shower pull on the tub did not work well and 90% of the water would come out of the Tub Spout and not the shower head. TV did not provide local channels and appeared to be a generic Streaming service.

This was my third time staying here, 1st time on the ground floor. The noise level was far higher this time with smokers hacking outside the door and the scent seeping into the room. Breakfast was good as always and the staff were kind. Ill return to see what the 4th time brings.

VERY DIRTY. Bathroom covered in mold. Room smelled horrible. Noisy neighbors late into the night (midnight) and starting 7am... No room cleaning during the stay. Neighbors set out a trash bag out in the hallway, it set there for at least 24 hours afterwards. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a terrible stay at Niagara Lodge and Suites. The front desk staff were unfriendly and offered no greeting or assistance. Our Family Suite had a strong, unpleasant odor, with old, musty blankets and bedsheets that looked unchanged for days. One sheet was ripped and another had cigarette burns, despite being a non-smoking room. Curtains were torn, windows dirty, and the bathroom had dust and grime in the corners. The worst part was discovering bed bugs in the beds and couch. Both my husband and I developed severe itching and hives; I have photos as proof. This was especially distressing as we were traveling with our one-month-old baby. We also saw a large rat running in the parking lot, adding to our safety concerns. On the second day and night, hot water stopped. The staff member who checked the issue said he cant do anything and refused to move us to a different room with hot water. With kids we needed hot water during cold weather. This stay caused extreme discomfort and stress. I only stayed because it was too late to cancel and no other rooms were available nearby. I am requesting a full refund for the poor hygiene, bed bug bites, and lack of basic amenities. I have pictures of the ripped curtains, cigarette burns, and rashes as evidence. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I urge Expedia to investigate and take action to prevent others from facing the same. I am requesting full refund given such a distressing stay which ruined our trip. Thanks

Room looked like it was falling apart. Booked two queen beds, but there was only one and a fold out couch with thin compressed mattress. The comforter was covered in cigarette burns.
