Best value hotel in Niagara Falls! Friendly accommodating staff and big room with microwave and fridge and a smart TV (you have to set it up yourself by connecting to the Wifi). Wonderful breakfast with sausage, eggs, home fries, bread, tea, coffee and juice. Easily accessible by bus or if you drive, there’s plenty of parking and it’s free. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Niagara Falls. Highly recommended.

For the price, it wasn't bad, but it definitely could have been cleaner! I found a used bar of soap in the shower, the microwave, the bathroom sink, and kitchen cabinets were dirty. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the money, but I still prefer to stay in cleaner places.
