Exactly as advertised. It is a cute little motel near Clifton Hills, Niagara Falls. Great location. There is parking at the property. Breakfast was small and simple and included with the stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. Great stay in budget.

Check in was easy, staff was courteous. Rooms could be cleaner. Very small bathroom and shower. No hot water in jacuzzi so we had to be moved. Fireplace did not work in either room. Breakfast was toast, croissant, waffle, yogurt and fruit. Charged additional $10 a night for parking. Easy walks to the falls, Clifton Hill and Casino
