Hotel was located near the Skylon, Casino and Horseshoe Falls. Staff was exceptional.

The staff was great! The location was great! The price was great! Only issues were a few disrepairs in the room ...toilet paper would not stay on the holder and that got annoying since TP rolled into water etc. Linens weren't great and we repeatedly needed more towels (they left 3 towels each day for a room with 6 people). All in all it was a good choice.

We really enjoyed Niagara Falls and the area so it is hard to say anything negative. However, this hotel was disappointing in some ways. Despite the online photo, there is no Perkins restaurant in this hotel. The IHOP nearby cost $100 US dollars for breakfast for a family of 3 due to outrageous Niagara taxes and fees. We arrived to a lobby that was tented, tarped, and draped with plastic and numerous construction workers to navigate around. Not to mention the dust. There was jackhammering and noisy construction every day of our three night stay. The pool was satisfactory but the hot tub/whirlpool was drained and empty. There was a poster on the laundry facilities saying it was not available and closed. We requested a room on the highest level possible to attempt to avoid construction noise. Our room was spacious and the housekeeping was good and always clean. But, the furniture, flooring, lamps, etc. were damaged, dated, and heavily used. Again, our trip was amazing and we did not spend much time in the hotel luckily. The WEGO stops nearby are convenient and there is a Tim Hortons on the corner that was jam packed every morning. We were quite surprised to see so much construction happening at this hotel during peak tourist season. The DoubleTree next door is where we'd consider staying if we are in Niagara Falls again.

Nice hotel. 15 min downhill walk to the horseshoe falls. Easy access to WEGO bus. Next to IHOP.

This hotel is in a great location. We had easy access to the bus line, restaurants, a casino, & the Falls. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. The rooms were clean & the bed was comfy. The only drawback was lack of a fridge in our room but we bought a cooler & gave it to the staff when we left.

This Hotel was really beautiful, our king size bed was absolutely wonderful. staff was very friendly and helpful. the only negative thing I can say is that it was way to warm in the hallways.

Amazing experience! Great location walking distance to lots of the typical tourist attractions. Wonderful room to come back to at the end of a long day. The jacuzzi is so relaxing, super comfy bed and great experience in general. Didn't even have to leave bed to see the fireworks!

We had a great experience! The lobby was very inviting and the staff were great. Our room was spacious (we had a Kind Bed room) and very clean. The hotel was within walking distance to the Falls and lots of different restaurants and other attractions. Also was pleasantly surprised when we checked in to get various coupons for restaurants in the area. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

Close to falls, about a ten minute walk. Plenty of parking but costs $10.00 a day U.S. to park. No breakfast available at hotel but plenty of places near by. Food in the area is pricey would recommend heading up Lundys lane for cheaper fare.

No falls view. Room smelled musty and had the cheapest soap and shampoo I have ever seen in a hotel. Whyndam would be disappointed.

Places that nickle and dime you to death don't death don't deserve your business. Unsecured Parking: $14 "Facilities Fee": $4 (for nothing) Microwave: $20 Fridge: $20 Fallsview? No. ParkingLot View Stay elsewhere.

Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I liked the hotel. Would stay again if I had to.nothing special here but it's very clean and quiet.

Very nice and clean hotel, it seems to be a new building so it has a very modern touch to it. Only reason I gave it a 4 was because our coffee machine in our room was very dirty. Besides for that, the room was neat and clean, good walkable location to everything. Had a great stay!

Our family group had two rooms and they were great - comfortable beds, nice showers, central location, close to the Red Line, close to attractions, and best of all, 10 minutes walk to the Falls. Our room was always clean and it was a pleasure to stay here.

The beds and linens were very comfy. Free breakfast would have been great! But discount was somewhat helpful. Additional charge for parking was annoying plus an extra $15 charge for cot all added up so we weren't thrilled about that either. The location was pretty good. Not right on top of the action but close enough. A shirt bus ride away. I wouldnt want to be any closer because I think it would get noisy being too close.

Nice Hotel. Description of view deceiving. Not a lof of seating in lobby area.

Be prepared to pay extras for a fridge and microwave per night plus a parking fee one of our rooms was the jacuzzi ones. The view is the mist from the falls you can't see them actually we were on the 6th floor. The jacuzzi was dirty. The restaurant in the hotel was only open a few hours a day and closed on random days. I wish I would of upgraded to a better hotel the money I spent for extras was close to the difference in price. Lesson learned. Also the smell of chlorine in pool area will make you sick almost.

Room view was of a parking lot not a river/city view. Room needed a refrigerator and safe. Ice was on every other floor. Service was good. The price was inexpensive compared to the other hotels in the area

Hotel was perfect for our plans. 10 of decided to go on a wine tour in Niagara Falls and needed a decent inexpensive hotel to stay. The Wyndham was perfect. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, restaurant and bar downstairs. Perfect for what we needed.

Thank you for your feedback. Our renovation is now complete and we have 10 brand new rooms. Our pool and hot tub are fully functional. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy the IHOP. I will share your feedback.
