There was not an elevator and the ice machine was far far away from my room and I shocked when I made a check out there was an extra fees applied to the room fees,I mean the hidden fees.
Overall great for the price and great location (a few minutes walk from the falls). Some cons - beds were okay (not super comfortable, but not bad). Breakfast and parking were additional costs. Staff was fine! And the outside of the building looks really cool, but then the actual rooms are motel style in the back (outside, not indoors). But overall, it's a nice place to stay for a really good price and I would consider going back. You get what you pay for!!

This hotel is clean, reasonably priced,!and within walking distance to all the attractions around Niagara Falls. The WiFi was exceptional for a discount hotel. It’s righy on target for the price!
I was skeptical about this hotel due to a very "reasonable" price amidst the "big brother" hotels right across the street -- but was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is about 10 minutes of walking distance to the falls. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. I found the staff to be friendly and always willing to help. Good for family stay.

Thank you for your feedback. As we are only a small property and due to how building of the property an elevator is not possible . We have 2 ice machines one is located outside on second floor and another inside on the second floor which is in proximity to all rooms. When checking in front desk goes through all possible additional fees such as extra persons fee ,parking , cot or fridge . These amounts are agreed when making your online reservation as well as at check in as all fees are listed. We apologize if that was missed when making your reservation.
