Lovely place to stay if you want a view of the fall, however, noticed a number of concerning practices aimed at getting more money out of you 1. At 3.45pm when we checked in we were told higher floors were not ready, and if we waited an hour we could get 2 floors up 2. They also offered higher available floor at a cost. This all seemed corny, as check out from this facility is 11am

It was a perfect hotel for our purpose in Niagara falls. Good location, clean room, nice hotel staffs!!

Room was not ready at check in time. I like breakfast buffet good variety

the hotel wass fully boked.The wait was unbearable. The highlight was when we had to get down to check in. We waited for 25 minutes and passed 8 lifts until we reached below.

the rooms were not so clean at all. There was hair all over the bath tub and dust all over the room and not clean. The carpe was dirty

Location of this Marriott is unique, Room view to Niagara Falls was amazing as shown in pictures. The same for Milestone restaurant, the view to Falls was Wonderful and service was great as well. We were a group of 7 and My main complaint was the AC at room 905, the unit was frozen a lot and didn’t cool enough, nobody could deeply sleep and rest that night, my sister sweated like in a workout. That ac split unit system needs maintenance for sure.

The location and the room amenities were great, except for the terrible smell in the room that persisted - as if the bathroom was clogged. The elevators clearly do not withstand the traffic of people and stop on every level up and down, it may take you 10 minutes to get down to level L. It would be great to have a microwave in a room - for those travelling with children - or at least to have on a floor.

One of the few good things about this hotel is the view. I had a Superior falls view room and the view did not disappoint. However, the service here sucks. Either theyre understaffed or just plain incompetent. Don't order room service here, you'll regret it.

The view was amazing . Parking is the only thing I can complain about. 35 a day is too much

wished 3rd floor observation deck was open at 7am, otherwise nice room, comfortable bed, pretty bathroom
