Please more clearly to inform customers about parking. We thought P4P5 are garage parking but they are not. So we turned back to park at the open lot.

Beautiful, clean hotel with spectacular views and walking distance of the Falls.
The view was fantastic- which is what it’s about. That said: there were elevator issues the whole time. When you’re on a high floor (for which you have to pay a premium, because of the view) this can take 15-20 mins per trip. We resorted to taking an elevator part of the way and then using the stairs for 8 flights. Multiple times. With a four year old. There didn’t seem to be a service elevator either, or maybe it wasn’t working.
Excellent clean room. Good on site parking, although there is a $45 fee per day. Once I figured out the rock centre was walkable by use of the Niagara parks railway, getting around was easy! The hotel and the other Marriott need to hide their dumpsters from plain site from the customers.
Definitely recommend the Presidential suite. FABULOUS views of the falls. Was able to watch the fireworks over the falls from a comfy chair in our room.
Stayed for two nights, no room service to clean up the room on the second day and we ran out of towels. Shouldn’t have to call for the room to be made up.
