The location and the room amenities were great, except for the terrible smell in the room that persisted - as if the bathroom was clogged. The elevators clearly do not withstand the traffic of people and stop on every level up and down, it may take you 10 minutes to get down to level L. It would be great to have a microwave in a room - for those travelling with children - or at least to have on a floor.

One of the few good things about this hotel is the view. I had a Superior falls view room and the view did not disappoint. However, the service here sucks. Either theyre understaffed or just plain incompetent. Don't order room service here, you'll regret it.

The view was amazing . Parking is the only thing I can complain about. 35 a day is too much

Elevators were slow or did not work. My room was smelly from the restaurant vent blowing into my air conditioner.

Staff was helpful and courteous. The room was very nice. And the view of Niagara Falls was spectacular!

The view from my room was amazing. Pool was small and outdated.

Great location, clean rooms, and AMAZING view! The only complaint is that they couldn't take us an extra night when we tried to stay longer while there.

I loved the professionalism and serving attitude of the staff (excellent rating). They knew it was my fiancee's birthday and there was a bottle of wine and cheese cake in the room waiting for us. The view of the falls from my room was AWESOME!!! The room was very clean except for the tile on the shower floor. It needs to be bleached (rm #1819). Also I booked a spa package for Sophia but the website does not tell you, you have to walk across the street to the other Marriott to get to the spa. The staff was very helpful in helping us figure what to do. Overall it was a great stay!!!!

The staff was absolutely exceptional!!! We felt welcomed when asking all of our questions. The facility was great and the view from our room breathtaking!
