The room was larger than expected and had a great view of the falls. However, they were missing a few items and I had to request them. Maybe it was to prevent waste, which is a good thing. My room didn't have a tooth brush or tooth paste, it didn't have a water kettle, and it didn't have slipper. Some of these might niche though. As for the staff, the nicest person was the one delivering all my items. The lobby/front staff, for both check-in and check-out, just seemed like they had enough of customer. They weren't rude, but weren't overly nice. They would handle any requests or questions, but because that was their job. From my perspective, it felt a bit patronizing, like I was their excuse for their stress. There are definitely front desk customer service staff out there that are way nicer.
