I was very surprised by this hotel. It met my standards for a weekend stay. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The free breakfast was filling!

The hoteñ itself looks like it has renovated, the staff is very friendly and commodating. The rooms are very clean, the downside was that our room smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast every morning, which wasnt bad.

great location, free parking, great pool......perfect for a weekend get away

Nothing great. Odd sounds at night. May not be good for families. Good value for money as free parking and breakfast is included which is getting rare for niagara area. Typical motel to spend a night. Upper level have hardwood floors, lower level has carpet. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc included, so can bring some food and reheat to save money. TV system (32 inch dynex LCD) difficult to figure out and maybe below subpar. Iron, soap, clean towels were provided, so getting ready was not a problem. Overall good for budget conscious traveller.

I would chosen something else if it wasn't for the kids

Overall is good, especially the location, two minutes drive to the outlet and ten minutes drive to the fall.

This hotel has some great benefits - FREE parking, microwave, bigger than normal fridge, 2 sinks, bigger than usual jacuzzi, hardwood floors, FREE continental breakfast - that others don't. Some basics, however, were missing - kleenex, quiet air conditioning unit, closet, indoor pool. All in all, I will definitely stay there again.

At all value for its money ,we enjoyed the privet jacozy in our room ,brekfast was simple but good .staff was cooperative, room was clean .just if you walk it is far from falls ,but if you have car it will be near

It is in a convenient location...our room was very clean. Great for the price! Would stay again!

Room was good. Parking could have been better planned. The "continental breakfast consisted of 2 choices of cold cereal, milk, bananas, apple, hard boiled eggs and toast. I would liked to see more choices. The office was always locked and needed to be buzzed in.

I took my parents to Niagara Falls, and we stayed here. The rooms were comfortable, very clean, good for resting after walking all day around the parks. They had a nice breakfast, with bread, cereal, juices, and even boiled eggs! The staff was very corteous. It's a good deal for the price. The only "cons" is that it a 10-15 minute drive to the falls, and the shuttle they announce on theis website is not free. Otherwise, this place is good for a family trip.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. This fit the bill perfectly. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The amenities were basic but this is all we required. We spent most of our time site seeing so room extras were not needed. I saw they had a nice pool but didn't use it. Other guest seemed to enjoy it. The location was a bit off the main tourist strip but with the bus stop being across the street, it was convinient to get to the falls. A hardier breakfast was available across the street when we didn't want the hotel breakfast. I would definately stay here again!

This motel was really close to the attractions in Niagara Falls area. We stayed during the Memorial Day weekend. The room had a flat panel TV, refrigerator and microwave. There was a playground and a outdoor pool. They served a free contintental breakfast. The price was a good deal compared to the other motels in the area.

The hotel was worth the price we paid. We weren't expecting much. The room was clean and we got service each day. Free wireless worked just fine. Room had microwave and fridge. The free breakfast wasn't much: toast, cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, coffee, milk and koolaid. A couple of miles from the falls, but I had my car, so that wasn't an issue. Free parking at the hotel. All-in-all, worth what we paid, nothing more.

The hotel was very unkept and not clean at all. The drains in both the sink and the bathtub were plugged. All hotel fixtures are dated. The location is within 15 blocks of downtown Niagra, but much better accommodation can be found at this price point.

The hotel was good and the price we paid really worth it. The hotel management had been good and courteous to us. Room service was also good. Overall we didn't find anything wrong with the hotel. As a matter of fact, we had got the service we were not expecting there.

ok

Nice and good location, rooms were clean, good hospitality, I would recomend all my friends

We check in eary and check out late at no additional cost at all. Very reasonable hotel and very good service. No complaint at all. Excellant value for money. Quite and clean with great pool and diving board.

No matter what others say, It was our best relaxing stay at this place, quite, comfy and we get all what we need within seconds, no waiting time. We realy enjoy the pool also. Great service with smile.
