I stayed at the Comfort Inn on Lundy’s Lane with family. When booking the hotel, we looked at pictures and read reviews so that we would have an idea what to expect. I certainly wasn’t expecting a 5* hotel, however it turns out we didn’t even get to stay in a hotel. Instead, myself and my family were given 3 rooms in a motel behind the Comfort Inn which had rooms which looked nothing like what we saw online. The rooms were very dark, musty, and outdated. The comforter in the room had multiple burn holes from cigarettes, one of the chairs in the room was broken, and the light in the bathroom flickered so bad it hurt our eyes. To make things even worse there was a pile of old mattresses behind the motel and there is no fridge in the rooms or ice machine in the motel - you have to walk all the way to the other building. We called the front desk to complain and the front desk agent told us we would have selected a courtyard room when booking and that’s why we were put in the motel section. I told him that was not the case and I even went over my reservation with him. He told me there were no rooms to switch us to - even though there were many available when I checked online. He said he would give us a call when his manager came in within an hour, however they made no effort to contact us in order to resolve our issues. Overall, I will not be staying here again and I feel as though this hotel/motel does not live up to the Comfort Inn brand.

My group of ladies enjoyed our stay at the inn. We were served continental breakfast each morning and had access to the fitness cener, pool, hot tub and party room. The location was great for those who wished to go next door to the shopping outlet.

We stayed at the comfort inn lundy's lane in April. We got a Buytopia deal which included vouchers for IHOP, bird kingdom, winery tour and few other restaurants. Our room was a nice size with 2 queen sized beds, dresser, table and chairs, t.v., bathtub - good sized bathroom. Parking is free which is a bonus. The only drawback is that even though we were on a smoke free floor, we could still smell cigarette smoke mainly in the hallway. The other drawback is that it is pretty far from the falls, so you would most likely have to take the bus or drive and park at the falls for $$. It is located by the outlet mall if you feel like shopping. I think the deal we got was worth every penny and would return again.

My girlfriend and I planned a trip to Niagara falls and ended up grabbing a deal of Groupon at this comfort in on lundys lane which cost around 100$ They took a 200 dollar deposit and never refunded it and sent me a letter saying I smoked pot in the room yet I have never ever touched pot and have a medical condition which does not allow me too. Please be aware as they will look for any reason to keep your money. I would recommend staying at well known chains like Sheraton and Hilton where if I complain it was too cold in the room or bed was uncomfortable they simply refund me my entire stay ! Comfort inn you have lost a customer! Bunch of scammers .

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Niagara Falls Ontario for one night. I woke up in the morning with bites on my back, 3 near each other which is the trademark of BED BUGS. By evening they swelled up and the next day still more into 3 hard lumps. I contacted Choice Hotels to advise them so the hotel could address the problem in the room we had so as not to effect other guests and they said they would investigate my complaint in 7 to 10 days. This tells me that obviously they do not take BED BUGS seriously and have no concern if the new guests staying in that room get BED BUG bites. When we arrived home we had to put ALL the clothing we had with us into the clothes dryer at high heat to kill the BED BUGS so they would not infest our home, then wash all the items.

ZERO STARS!! This was the most TERRIBLE customer service I have ever received in my life. The manager yelled at me and refuse to let me speak, all while laughing and making fun of me to his staff. Then "JOHN", the manager, hung up on me TWICE! Very unreasonable behaviour when attempting to make a reservation. Definitely not worth the head ache. Can you say C-U-S-T-O-M-E-R S-E-R-V-I-C-E ? Obviously not.

The hotel was clean, neat, and staff very friendly. Stay was great. We did a Niagara Fun Tour Groupon and they picked us up right at the hotel which was great. IHOP was connected to the hotel and the prices for breakfast was ridiculously high. $17.00 US price After we came back from our wine tour it was raining very hard so we put our wine in the trunk of our vehicle with our items covered. The next morning our car would not start (dead battery). Got it jumped and we went to the Falls and noticed scratches on the side of our car. We were parked at the hotel in the front close to the highway. When we got back to our home in Pennsylvania and unloaded our car we noticed come one stole our two bottles of ice wine, 6 pack of cider, bottle of Burbon, 2 valterian Gel, and our mincemeat we purchased at Walmart. This is why our battery was dead. Please be aware of the fact that we did not park in the back that it was in front of the hotel.

Went to spend the Easter weekend in Niagara Falls with 2 of my grand-daughters, arrived at the hotel and the front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately, our room was not clean, there were crumbs on the bed spreads (cookies, bread?), the furniture has not been dusted and the carpet not vacuumed, we asked for a different room, were told we were being upgraded to a “suite”, well not really what made this room a suite is a fridge and a microwave otherwise same 2 double beds room. This room was cleaner but the shabbiness of it still the same, everything in this hotel is outdated. The thing that really bothered me was the cheapness of the owners, The shower curtain was ripped in several places and some of our towels were ripped and fringed by use, one towel I believe was picked up, folded and put back on the shelf, it had coffee stains and smelled like coffee. Beds and pillows are old and uncomfortable. As I said before the staff is friendly enough but that is all that is good about this hotel. It has no complimentary breakfast and IHOP attached to it is expensive and not extremely good.

This was our choice for a one night stay in Niagara Falls. Our room was quite clean, a bit dated, but certainly adequate for the very reasonable price. The downside is the fact that the walls seem paper thin, so you are at the mercy of luck or karma for a quiet stay. Secondly, the staff have the personality of a brick....had to don a parka due to the cold reception! To sum up: a clean and comfortable stay offered by cold fish staff, therefore....a so-so designation.

We were there for the Family Day Weekend, the Inn was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful.We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but it looked clean, the only draw back was the IHOP attached - it was very expensive, only went there for lunch the first day but will not go back to one again.
