I recently stayed here due to a last minute decision to travel a night early. The front desk agent was genuinely friendly. He engaged me in some small talk, made some good recommendations for local places to visit, and seemed happy to serve me. I arrived after the pool closed, but he offered to reopen it just for me. The common areas of the hotel were clean and appeared well maintained. I arrived during freezing rain and noted the entrances and walkways were cleared of ice and salted. My room was decent, but there was lots of room for improvement. The heating unit was old, loud, and took a long time to warm the room up. The bed was firm and a little uncomfortable, but I slept so hard it didn't matter. There were some cleanliness issues with the room. One of the beds had food crumbs (likely cookie crumbs) and lots of black lint on it. One of the bedspreads had a cigarette burn in it and the remote for the TV was missing the back plate. The biggest detail was a heavy accumulation of dust on the trim of the shower & bath. The dust was thick, but was not very high and appeared easy to clean with a simple wipe of the rag - so there is a bit of a lack of attention to detail. My room was located near the elevator and I noticed a lot of sound carried into the room from the hallway. Only one bed had crumbs, the other was perfectly clean. The toilet, inside of the shower & bath were clean. All tolled, I had a comfortable stay. Although there are some maintenance and cleanliness issues, they're is nothing major and nothing that made me feel uncomfortable.
Excellent clean rooms very nice at the front desk and great prices only down side need new mattresses would stay here again the only thing u are far away from everything but if u drove then u don’t have too worry about it
WOW! Great location and everything I needed and more. Relaxed in the pool and hot tub felt good after a lengthy drive during the day. Surprised that they upgraded me to a king bed and it sure was comfortable as well. Price was the best I have experienced in quite sometime.
Room was really nice and clean. We upgraded to the Jacuzzi suite that had the microwave, fridge and king size bed which was totally worth it for us. We thought it was going to be a bad hotel but it was way better than what we thought. We would definitely go there again.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The location was good, plenty if restaurants and shopping close by. I was in town for a wedding and he location was perfect. They offered a great discount for all visitors from out of town attending the wedding. I would definitely stay again.
Clean rooms. Nice staff. Great location. DO NOT eat at the IHOP. Go down the street to Niagara Falls manor. Turn right, go two minutes up past the Nike outlet, blue building on your right. Hotel staff was very nice.
I stayed in the main hotel. I had read reviews warning against staying in the detached building, so I was lucky. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool and going in the hot tub. I chose this hotel mainly because of the tour bus that came and picked me up for a public wine tour. There were also a few things you could walk to: an outlet mall, restaurants. The only thing I wish they would have had was a small refrigerator in the room, otherwise no complaints.
When making reservations I asked: “I haven’t had a vacation in 4 years. Can you provide me with an affordable quiet updated room where everything works in it, plus free parking?” The man said yes. My research paid off. The hotel met my expectations with extras like a fridge/microwave in room, complimentary coffee, and each double comfortable bed had 4 pillows! A bonus was having the pool/hot tub to ourselves for an hour. With the money we saved being 5 minutes from the Fallsview tourist area, we were able to buy souvenirs!
I so enjoyed staying here while I was in Niagara Falls. Shannon at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and my room was just perfect. Extremely clean and cofortable beds.
As a party of 39 we stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during our football tour of Canada. The whole party were placed at the rear of the hotel in the two storey rooms which was fine as everyone was together. The rooms were clean with the cleaner coming in daily. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and helped the group throughout. A bus pass is a must paid for a reception you can hop on off as many times as you want for $4 for 48 hours it takes about 20 mins to the Niagara Falls on the bus with the bus stop located right outside the hotel. The continental breakfast is basic but good . The swimming pool and jacuzzi were ideal and clean. Overall a great stay.
