Nothing special about this hotel other than the location. Parking is very expensive.

The view was beautiful and no need for a rental car if you like to get steps in each day. Skylon Tower, the Casino, restaurants, and other attractions are all within walking distance. The Niagara Falls Welcome Center is right out back - just a quick rail ride down the hill. Morton’s is in the hotel on the Mezzanine level, and the Keg is in the Embassy Suites right next door.

Super friendly staff and the rooms were clean. Amazing view!

Didn’t like charge unrecognized prices to our card no excuses!!!!!

There was no AC. The room was hot and humid. Hotel was not clean. We should get a refund

I did not like the parking. Unsecured, not to the hotel’s standard and a little too far to walk 2 1/2 blocks away

Air conditioner was broken and all rooms were booked. One glass pain in was foggy and cloudy. Staff should inform guests, who most are tourists, that there are plenty of other breakfast options about 5 minutes from their property. The ihop with falls view was very very very expensive and not worth it because you alreafy have a ton with a view.

Great views, away from the midway area. Plan on driving or taking Uber to the other side of town.

Great locale. Nice folks. Room quiet and very clean. Nice workout room and pool

Staff were helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast with a view was awsome, and location to the falls a big plus.

The view! Morton’s restaurant. Early bird dinner.

Good view of the falls from the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very convenient to tourist sites , great view of the Horsehoe Falls and loved that the hotel provided 2 day hop on hop off bus passes for the whole family! Didn’t have to rent a car to tour the city. Staff was friendly, and accommodating to our needs.... just would recommend that Libby Starbucks stay open a little later than 8:00 pm though. All in all great place to stay
