We loved our stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Views are amazing! Valet is pricey but worth it.

The room smelled like an ash tray from the previous occupant, not even sure if it was cleaned?! Upon checking out my credit card was charged twice for overnight parking and $300 in smoking charges and cleaning fees! It’s been a week after multiple phone calls and emails and I still have not been reimbursed. Do not stay here. It’s not worth this horrible customer service.

Staff was welcoming, we were able to upgrade our room easily. We enjoyed best view of Niagara Falls from our room window along with comfortable stay.

This is not the Marriot I am used to. For checkin it’s takes minimum 45 minutes. Elevator 10-20 min wait. Pool 45-60 min wait. Pull out bed was the worst - pokey. You ask for a microwave and it doesn’t work. You pay $10 for takeout food. Paid parking away from the property… and the list can go on.

It would be nice if there was a public stairway down to the falls. It’s annoying we have to pay a fee to take the short train down the hill. Maybe the hotel could include a free daily round trip down to the falls at no cost for a guest. Thanks

Excellent view of the falls. Short staffed but the wait to check in was worth it. The wait time to check in was 90 minutes wait!

Bad experience, such a rude front desk associates, overcharged, mentioned wrong information on website room booking. Really disappointed

Great hotel but room services was poor. Noone checked to restock tea/coffee. when we entered the room we noticed the washroom wasn't properly cleaned and there was stain on the carpet.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a great view. Friendly and professional staff. We always have a great experience at the Marriott.
