Great view!! Very clean room. Close to many attractions

Our room, ready early, had a picture perfect view of the falls. Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. Tour from hotel was a great option for us - convenient, fair price, and wonderful guide.

Only complaint is the morning breakfast buffet was far to expensive, everything else was very very nice.

Very friendly staff great location,,......................................

The room has the best Niagara falls view. Is large, nice and clean. Beautiful lounge, but parking expensive.

What a view!!! Watching the fall day and night was exclusively special! I've been to the fall 5times; this time was the best! Breakfast was decent...included. My only complaint was no slippers and no bath robes in the room.

We went with our two kids and we enjoyed our time there. The room was clean and the view was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. The parking was expensive but we park a block away for half of the price.

Very nice/clean hotel- Great view of falls- Not as easy to get to falls- have to take a tram to get down there- on hill.. A cool experience once... Parking at hotel way to $$

Stayed for one night to enjoy the view of the falls and take a boat ride in the morning. The staff were very friendly. It was Thanksgiving Weekend and the place appeared to be full but check in went well except for a minor back-up at the valet parking. The view of the falls from the room, including the Jacuzzi tub, was amazing. Hotel has a great location and there are lots of sights and activities within walking distance. Unfortunately the inclined railway was out of service but walking around was easy enough. Check out went well and, after texting ahead, my car was waiting for me at valet when I got out of the hotel. I would like to return.

It was overall a great experience at this hotel. Hotel was clean. I picked a room with falls view and boy did i get that! It was amazing! Awesome views!

It was the best view of the falls. Very well appointed room. Great view of the fireworks show.

Great view of Niagara Falls but extra fees for parking and taxes are outrageous.

Absolutely beautiful!! The room with the Falls view was breathtaking!

It cost $40 to park. No complimentary breakfast, There was a bag with someone's dirty underwear hanging on the bathroom door. At one point, a worker walked into our room without even knocking. Luckily my daughter had just pulled on her clothes. It cost 6.99 a day for wifi. We had to text to have our car brought back to us. I texted, but they didn't bring our car. We finally ask when it was coming. They said, oh, you are on hold because the desk still has your keys do to a problem. I had already checked out, paid for the wifi and parking and they didn't say there was any problem. So I went in and ask about our keys. They just said, oops, no problem. ??? This place is a total tourist rip off, with a beautiful view of the falls!!!!

All had a cost including the bottle of water 6.99, all expensive, nice staff but get ready your pocket to pay 55 cad for a breakfast for 2.

This hotel was beyond what I expected. Our first visit to Niagara couldn't haven't been more perfect rspecially when it comes to where we stayed. Will be back here for sure!

The hotel need updating. But the location and view were fantastic. Parking was expensive, while 2 blocks down at the Casino one can park for almost free.

The hotel is located on the quiet end of the fallsview hotels. The superior fallsview room had an excellent view of the American and Canadian Falls. However, I wish the hotel staff cleaned the windows regularly. They were very dirty and took away from some of the splendor. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, I found the activities desk staff to be a little rude and seemed bothered that they were being asked questions. I made reservations for a tour online that was scheduled to leave at 10:45am. Luckily, I had the intuition to verify my reservation with the activities staff and was told that the tour schedule had changed and was leaving at 10:15am. It was 10am at that time. The staff member was unapologetic and made the comment "I am glad you checked or you would have missed the tour". There was no attempt to notify me of the schedule change, which I thought was rude and unprofessional.

Originally booked a room with a view on the Canadian side, was asked at the desk if I wanted an upgrade to a fallsview room for an extra twenty, best money I ever spent. View was spectacular, room was awesome, and the included hot tub was a definite bonus
