did have charges against room on tours that we did not go on, but the staff took care of the problem

The view from the Falls Room was amazing. We got to see Fireworks everynight and woke up to sun rise everyone morning!

Wonderful stay Aircondtioning needs some fixing . Parking is too expensive

All I can say is breathtaking view! Just beware of all the hidden fees and taxes they can add up not to mention parking. Other than that the staff, the room and the overall experience was great

Room and Staff were great - location was excellent. My problem is with the Marriott Chain. Why would they insult their guests by charging $4.95 per bottle of water in the room. I found this to be an insult as other hotels offer free bottles of water in their rooms. Does the Marriott Family really need the money that bad. This, although a minor item, will certainly turn me off to a future stay at any Marriott Hotel. Their are too many choices are there and it appears to me that the non-chain Hotels have more to offer their guest without insulting them with unnecessary fees and charges.

The first room I was taken to had a terrible smell (even the bellman could smell it) When I was taken to the front desk the person who helped me was not very helpful at all. I was told that the room I was going to was the only room left. It smelled better but was not great at all. The sheets were dirty, the tub was not cleaned out, and there was stuff in the trash (couldn't tell if it was from the housekeepers or the previous guest). I booked a tour through the hotel and the bus that dropped us off left us at the tour. We had to figure our way back to the hotel. Lastly unfortunately I had to request a late check out. After being approved for the late check out the housekeepers came to the room several times. I informed them more than once that I had a late check out.By far the least impressive visit I have ever had in a Marriott Hotel. I am very displeased and I've been a rewards member for years. I will never return.

Not eligible for rewards discounts because I didn't book direct, so I had to pay there most expensive prices, it $40 per night to park, $60 for breakfast buffet for the 2 of us plus tip.and over $650 for tour package for 2 days. Was not told to fly into buffalo and get a cab to Niagra, would have been much less expensive than flying to Toronto and driving, cleanliness and service was supreem

Amazing, very nice people and good customer service.

The view from this room was worth the extra money. We fell asleep each night with the curtains open. The falls at sunrise was an unexpected experience too. My only suggestion to Marriott is to clean the outside windows more often.

Beautiful hotel right across from horseshoe falls. We stayed in a fallsview room. Loved seeing the falls right out our window each morning.

We were able to see all the falls from our room. After travelling all day, we had room service and then watched the Friday fireworks from the comfort of our room even though it was cloudy. The Falls, lit up, created a wonderful ambiance to fall asleep to. The bed was absolutely cimfy as well.

View from the room was fantastic. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. Everything is extra, for the money the room costs it should include Wi-Fi, and parking.

Great view!! Very clean room. Close to many attractions

Our room, ready early, had a picture perfect view of the falls. Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. Tour from hotel was a great option for us - convenient, fair price, and wonderful guide.

Only complaint is the morning breakfast buffet was far to expensive, everything else was very very nice.

Very friendly staff great location,,......................................

The room has the best Niagara falls view. Is large, nice and clean. Beautiful lounge, but parking expensive.

What a view!!! Watching the fall day and night was exclusively special! I've been to the fall 5times; this time was the best! Breakfast was decent...included. My only complaint was no slippers and no bath robes in the room.

We went with our two kids and we enjoyed our time there. The room was clean and the view was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. The parking was expensive but we park a block away for half of the price.

Very nice/clean hotel- Great view of falls- Not as easy to get to falls- have to take a tram to get down there- on hill.. A cool experience once... Parking at hotel way to $$
