Room was smelly, old, and beat down. The bathroom door didn't even close and the toilet was rocking back and forth. Shower did not work or drain correctly. The TV did not work. This hotel had the right price for how close to downtown it was. You could walk to either side of Niagara from there with ease. But spending time in the hotel was a painful and unpleasant experience. Oh, and they charged my credit card after my stay without informing me or giving me a bill. I have tried calling multiple times and left numerous messages with no return call. Just disputing the charge now.

Staff was taking a smoke break during our arrival and stepped in to tell us to wait a sec. Checked into room. You get what you pay for. We typically stay in 4 and 5 star, but I wanted to show my son what others have to settle for. The toilet rocked, the threshold below the entry door was missing so cold air was rushing in, the wifi kept failing, the furnace wasn't working well, the shower was dirty. Everything was old. Again, you get what you pay for. I would stay there again if I were to need a cheap motel. Oh, we paid $45 and got $15 off at IHOP and $30 off at Outback Steakhouse. Their prices are 2.5 times the cost of the typical chain places. With $30 off, two of us still spent $89 cash. No alcohol was purchased.

we are here very often and its always been a good experience. the rooms are on the older side as are the bathrooms but everything is clean and works! its very affordable close to both casinos and clifton hill.staff is always cheery and helpful. so if you are on a budget and not fussy this is the place for you! also the perk of using the pool, hot tub and sauna at the hotel next door!

The hotel provided the essentials: clean and comfortable bed, free wifi, TV for entertainment, and shower. It is also at a very convenient location. It is great for a budget stay!

The Staff is great, really are. The owner is a bit gruff but fair. The wifi works best in the parking lot near the office lol. The bed and sheets were clean, the AC was small but ran diligently... The sink and tub were both chipping paint and kinda sad looking. It is in a great location and you could probably walk to any of the attractions on the edge of the Falls. They do however have a 10$ plus tax for a parking pass, even when you have a room with them, was odd. If you just need a low cost option this will get you by.

Please people don't waist your time in such a bad motel. I was told its a hotel and I was paid for a hotel. I was shocked when me and my family arrived after 5 hrs driving and find it a motel not a hotel. It's very bad motel, bad bathroom, no towels no shampo no nothing. The Internet is very bad I could not even check my e-mail, very slow. You are waiting your money in this bad motel.

have commented before on staying here it one of our favorites we even have a favorite room we request! great location if you frequent casino this place is the same distance to both in the falls. staff is great you can use the pool, hot tub and sauna which is right next door. beds are very comfortable. the decor is older and the washrooms are older too but very clean. it is motel very reasonalby priced. if you want real fancy then stay at a much more pricey place. we love this place for price, comfort location, pool and staff! we will be back!been here about 10 times over the years so i think we are experienced about this place!

Location is good. Close to everything. WiFi didn't work. Walls are so thin you can hear neighbors TV. Beds were clean and comfy. Air conditioner did not work but they provided fans. Otherwise it was falling apart. Towel over window in bathroom. Hole in wall. Etc.

Terrible hotel old everything Room falling apart Dirty room Would not recommend this to anyone i know

Our check in clerk was fabulious. The hotels closeness to the Wego bus stop was great. At this point though that is were the praise stops. Broken AC, no towels. Rusty plumbing fixtures, and the rooms were not sound proof. Modern updates rooms, the motels add says. Well it lies. It was definitely not worth the price.

You get what you pay for is so true. We booked two rooms both rooms all the faucets leaked and the tub and sink were stained. One room we refused because there was mold and mildew growing on the tub! The paint was peeling from the ceiling. The alarm clock didn't work. The carpets were stained and dirty. There was no phones in the rooms. Also, they promised us a discount on the parking which we never received (parking is $10 a night).

The picture about the room was wrong. The sink and tub looked like it was painted and the paint was coming off. The room looked like it was decorate from the 70's and it have not been change since. I ask if I could change rooms and the staff deny the request. The internet did not work the first night and ask the staff to fix. It worked half the next day then stop working. The website did not say about fee for pet. When I was checking out I receive a fee for pet.

Last minute booking so the room want prepared . I would recommend planning and booking the hotel in advance.

the bathroom was disgusting. there were 2 centipedes in the tub, about 5-6cm each and hair on the toilet seat when we checked it. the paint is pealing, curtains were falling off.

This motel is in a great location in relation to restaurants and attractions. It is a budget accommodation so it has no restaurant, or pool etc. As long as you know this, the place is fine. The office staff and cleaning staff are very helpful.

First the hotel DOES NOT have an indoor pool as advertised. The guests can use the pool three properties over, about one city block away from the hotel. Electrical outlets were cracked, had no covers and broken plaster all around. Shower didn't work and bathtub backs up. The light over the sink had electrical wires hanging out and I had to take the bulb in and out to make it light. The floor in the bathroom is cracked and missing. There were no towels - kept having to ask for towels. Wifi is the towns wifi and very spotty. Was a hole in the wall looking like someone punched or kicked it. It is VERY noisy.

Cheap. Not far from the falls. only a short walk. close to restaurants.

The hotel has a great location and good parking but need a little remodeling in washbasing. The price is very good.

You paid extra money for the parking and no microwave and fridge and look dirty. No curtains in the bathroom so people from street can see u

The hotel was cheap and within a walkable distance of Niagara Falls attractions, the room wasn't great at all. The room was not clean, the air conditioning was loud, the WIFI reception was very bad. Maybe other rooms were better but still the amenities are falsely advertised. There was no pool on site even though it says so in the description. We had reserved for 2 nights but only stayed for one... and they even charged us for the parking. Wish I could have gotten my money back. The only good thing was the 15$ for Outback Steakhouse which was very close.
