The front desk staff were not very welcoming or kind, which was disappointing. In the past, children used to receive a complimentary snack at check-in, but when I asked about it this time, the staff looked at me as if I was asking for something unreasonable. That experience felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
The elevators were also consistently overcrowded. I understand it was Family Day and the hotel was busy, but waiting more than 15 minutes just for an elevator to reach your floor is excessive. For a hotel, that kind of delay is not acceptable. They should consider investing in faster or more efficient elevators to better accommodate their guests, especially during peak times.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
