First and likely last time here. This was an okay stay, not my fave. The walls are super thin you can hear everything we also were in a room right beside the elevator and the elevator beeps at every floor it passes so beeping was heard (loudly) a few times throughout the night, but a lot once the morning hours hit; making sleeping impossible. It's a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill but also very walkable (about 10 min) to the area without being right in the middle of it. This was nice with kids if you're visiting Niagara for something other than this. Facilities and decor is an outdated modern feel, like an early 2000's feel. For the price it was okay for a nights stay but not one I would suggest as a "great place to stay" in Niagara. The hot breakfast buffet included in the price was nice though food was decent and replenished often so it was always hot. Parking was only $20 and on site, many of the Niagara hotels have moved to off site and very expensive parking. Pool was warm, and lots of chairs and tables in the pool area. Overall - not likely to book again but would do in a pinch.

Plumbing issues had caused stains in the toilet bowl that were not too pleasant to look at. The HVAC was noisey all the time. The parts of the stay that were good started with the front desk staff, included the room, breakfast buffet, and the pricing.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. There is lots around but you arent swallowed up by the chaos of Clifton Hill, as you're a few short blocks away. Parking was extremely easy. The hotel is VERY clean.
