I found it odd that I received a call at 7pm wondering what time we were checking in. As for the room, I can only speak for Room 322. The mattress had a hole in it the length and width of my forearm. The exterior wall was giving off a cold draft. The walls separating rooms were thin enough we could hear the people talking in the next room. At 2:30 am the room beside us decided it was a good time to blare music. Not the Hotels fault, but what we experienced. The breakfast options were good with lots of variety to keep everyone happy.

For the price, this experience can't be beat! Rooms were clean, staff were very kind and accommodating. With a pool and absolutely fantastic well-stocked breakfast we marveled the entire time over this gem of a hotel. Just a 10-minute walk to Clifton Hill it was the perfect place for our family weekend away. No reason to stay anywhere else in Niagara!

The hallway outside of our room constantly smelled like fish and sewage. We tried the complimentary cookies at the front desk and my son bit into one and found a cluster of human hairs. Literally a pile of black hair. Like 7-8 hairs in the middle of the cookie. Not just an accidental single hair. It was disgusting.

Overall good value clean rooms friendly staff the all you can eat breakfast was great but limited seating space but you can always fill your plate and bring it to your room. The only downside is it's about a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill but if you can get around the walk you'll save yourself some bucks
