Nothing too fancy of a hotel but the BREAKFAST is FIRST CLASS!!!! Also they have multiple staff members constantly cleaning around the buffet and replenishing trays. Never seen the Bfast operations so well organised. Oksana was awesome. Also considering how expensive parking is around town, this hotel's parking is convenient and way cheaper than others.

Close to everything

Rooms are a little dated- TV quality was poor, but we weren't there for the TV so it didn't bother the family at all. Breakfast was about the same each day for variety, but decent and the staff was ALWAYS friendly. Would stay again

HIGH COST, LOW AMENITIES

This hotel is very basic, the rooms are small, washroom is tiny with no exhaust fan. Wifi is very slow, the TV does not support cast option so you are stuck with channels available. The walls are paper thin so creates a very uncomfortable situation at times. Breakfast was normal. Overall We would rate it as a VERY EXPENSIVE hotel without the amenities .

Close to a WEGO bus stop. Could walk to the falls from this hotel and down the parkway along the falls/river. It was quiet. Breakfast was okay but super crowded early in the morning. Really need more places to sit in the dining areas. Wish there were luggage racks in the rooms as we had to keep our suitcases on the floor.

Our room was awful- there was black mould in the bathroom, the bathroom vent had not been cleaned in what looked like forever, the floor boards were coming up, there were holes in the walls, water damage on the ceiling and the beds felt like you were sleeping on benches. The room was extremely small. The worst part was it cost almost $300 for one night including parking. The staff was very friendly- that’s the single only positive thing I can say. The pool was freezing and not at all what the pictures made it look like. It was extremely tiny. I can’t understand how it got 10/10 reviews, which was very misleading. The pictures on hotel.com made it look newly renovated which I assure you it is not. I got a discount but will be seeking a full refund.

The staff were very nice and professional and the breakfast offerings was ok. However the property needs some work the shower drain didnt work and there was hair that looked like pet hair on the floor. The bed was soft and you hear the springs each turn you make. Window needs cleaning. Property didnt feel clean even though i could see staff cleaning. The washroom behind the reception need to change or deep clean it looks bad i thought it was messy. I woke up in the morning to doors banging/ slamming and the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors walking, talking, and flushing.
