Everything was great! Slept better here than on the cruise ship :) The hot breakfast was a great addition. I don't think I've ever seen an automatic pancake maker before, but this is my first trip to Canada. Nice assortment of drinks and munchies in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

$20.00 parking charge per day for two night two room guests is unfortunate. After an 8 hour drive I was in no position to seek alternative lodging so i paid the $40 plus dollars. I will remember this incident the next time i book a hotel.

The AC was really loud. The staff members were really unfriendly and rude parking was awful. The car alarm was going off at 5 o’clock in the morning outside of our window checking in was a nightmare. Plus parking was $30 extra.

Nice hotel not far from the falls, staff nice and friendly. Room was ok clean and comfy, would have been nice for room to cleaned each day. Pool was freezing and couldn’t use it, breakfast was really disappointing nothing like advertised. Orange juice machine broke and stayed broke all week, no bacon or scrambled eggs or croissants like advertised very basic like a school trip Other than that hotel was nice for a visiting the falls
