The hotel connects expedia website booking system made the wrong dates and time for my trip. I send so many messages conversion to the hotel ask the hotel changed the wrong reservation dates and time 3 weeks ahead but they send the message to me said No Exceptions at the end. So I couldn’t go to the hotel on their wrong dates without any help and served.

Second staying at the hotel. The second time left me feeling like it’s not the place for me to stay. I was in room 515 and there are a few issues which definitely need to change. 1. The toilet is way too low. If I were 4 ft tall Ar a child maybe it would be old but that toilet is one I used to have when I was a child. You need to either indicate that the toilet is non ADA compliant or just state that it is a 14 inch high bowl. It is not meant for average size adults or seniors . Next the other issue was the mattress. Soft teas, but starting to fail as it was also noisy when just sitting on it and waking up with a sore back is not what I enjoy. Also, you should have two types of pillows. Not just large puffy that will strain a persons neck. Next Although the towels were practical, when it comes to showering, a bath towel is Bette than a large hand towel. It’s minor but for your guests I am sure they want to dry their whole body not just their hands And lastly Breakfast although my personal diet is limited to what you serve. I will say that when you post a picture of a breakfast in the elevator, and most of what is in the image is not actually what you serve for the breakfast you are misleading people. No scrambled eggs or bacon? I recommend having the apples, which you do, but please make sure they are washed before putting them out, they are sticky sitting in the basket. Also it would be good if you have bananas and Oranges. And that’s all

Thought we booked and prepaid a good deal hotel. Then the hidden fees came up upon a late night arrival. $20 per night for parking. I have never been charged for parking at a hotel before anywhere in Canada. They charged us $40 per night for my pug service dog. Even after i gave them proof of being a person with disability in BC Canada, and a doctors letter. She could only state my benefit with a service dog, as there is no service dog government designation in Ontario. But even so, $40 per night is an insane charge. It was the same charge as extra people. First time in Canada we were charged $40 per night for a pet.
Poor Juno paying $40 a night to stay, and $20 a night to park our vehicle.

Everything was great! Slept better here than on the cruise ship :) The hot breakfast was a great addition. I don't think I've ever seen an automatic pancake maker before, but this is my first trip to Canada. Nice assortment of drinks and munchies in the lobby. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
