The AC was really loud. The staff members were really unfriendly and rude parking was awful. The car alarm was going off at 5 o’clock in the morning outside of our window checking in was a nightmare. Plus parking was $30 extra.

Nice hotel not far from the falls, staff nice and friendly. Room was ok clean and comfy, would have been nice for room to cleaned each day. Pool was freezing and couldn’t use it, breakfast was really disappointing nothing like advertised. Orange juice machine broke and stayed broke all week, no bacon or scrambled eggs or croissants like advertised very basic like a school trip Other than that hotel was nice for a visiting the falls

I was staying at this hotel for the weekend and i was very pleased with the service. They listened to all our needs and helped us with them. The room was impeccable, a bit small but no complaints on it. There was some good options for the breakfast and we were close to a lot of restaurants and activities. The only downsides, the room wasn't really soundproof and the mattress was a bit old but still comfy. Not enough to remove a star on my side. Suggestion: May I suggest covering the mattresses with bed bug proof covers? Last time I've suggested it to an hotel in Niagara Falls a few years ago, they didn't listen and got infested with bedbugs the following year.

Please serve proper full eggs for breakfast for example omelette, scrambled, or proper whole fried eggs (not steamed egg whites). There was no bangles, no muffins, no pastries, no croissants, and no juice. We had a far better breakfast when we were visited 2 years ago.

GUESTS BEWARE!! If you leave your car in the parking lot WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR overnight even if your car is lock thieves will come steal all your valuables! Thé staff did nothing to secure the parking lot and the back security gate was left wide open. The staff even told me it’s not their responsibility to inform guests that the area is not safe and that they have junkies and thieves that steal from tourists cars almost every night. The only person who informed me of this was the police officer when I filed my report for my stolen stuff! DON’T EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
