This hotel was very clean and it was the only hotel that had free parking. That being said the parking wasn't great not very many spots and kind of cramped the breakfast was very basic bagels and cereal but it being free it suited us just fine. The price is good and it's only like a 15 min walk to Clifton street so that was good for us. We had a room with a jacuzzi so that was amazing and the room was very spacious I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Parque graty desayuno muy bueno wifi el personal muy bueno un buen servicio en todos sentidos si quieres puede dejar tu carro estacionado en el hotel y caminar

Nice hotel for the money. Breakfast definitely needs some improvement. Overall, not too bad at all. Would stay again.

Too far from strip. Not enough pillows, they were flat. Not enoughh towels. Shampoo packets you couldn't open. Breakfast area too small, way too many people in there. Needed more selection for breakfast.

Good for the price. Room and sheets were clean. I was happy.

From the outside the hotel looked nice enough. The lobby, while not fancy, was clean and neat. The room was another story. It was acceptably clean, but was in shabby condition. The bathroom door needed painting, and the door knobset was barely hanging on. The towel racks were coming out of the wall, and there was a support for another that lacked a partner. The lever on the sink faucet ran continuously when turned off unless set to hot. The shower delivered plenty of water, there was no temperature sweet spot. It was either Polar Bear Club or "Call the Burn Unit." The towels were small and rough, but there were enough of them for two people, and the freebies were good in quality and number. The first day's "continental breakfast" featured moldy bagels, cereal with no milk, and undrinkable coffee, though it was better the second day. The breakfast room was clean and neat, but offered the scenic view of a bare concrete block patio and several vacant lots. A little effort on the patio - some paint, a few potted plants, maybe some flowers - would make the view more appealing. My impression was that it had been allowed to run down and that new owners were fixing it up bit by little. I hope they succeed.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The staff was cordial and pleasant. There was an error with the booking. I paid for 3 nights, I was told my stay was for 2 nights. Once I showed my itinerary, I was told that we could stay for the extra night. I didn't like that.

This motel was very reasonably pric Ed. In fact, it was the least expensive I could find in the area. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was adequate.

We stayed there only for one night. Two previous nights we stayed on US side and we paid twice the amount we payed for Glendale. It was a good surprise for us.

The bad was very uncomfortable, no real wireless access. However free parking and ok breakfast.

I did not expect much with this hotel since it is a cheap one in a walking distance (still >20 min walk to the Falls) and it has a free parking lot. Still I would not consider this place if I go there again. I'd go with a better hotel further away from the Fall and park my car for $10 a day. I got a room on the 3rd floor. Room is just OK--It's clean, really big but nothing special, TV does not work, nice bathroom but you can hear the sound when someone in your room or adjacent room showered. Though the hotel provides breakfast, it does not worth waiting for, They open from 8-10. Not worth your time for a cheap bakery. Better go get something better and enjoy the Fall in the morning. The location is not really convenient. It's almost 3 km (~1.5 miles) from the Falls. It takes almost 1 H for a round trip. After a day walk at the Fall, you may not want to walk back. Better find a cheap parking lot ($7-10 a day) and spend more time at the Fall and all those attractions.

I had dog with me so not that what I have expected from them, that they charged me extra$$ on dog..not that good even they say they are dog friendly..place was not that good but clean..that what you pay for i think..

Not a bad experience. Ended up driving to the falls at night as the hotel was too far away. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. Staff was nice with the exception of room service not respecting the do not disrupt sign. And we had to ask for more towels all the time. For the money it was good.

This hotel is in an undesirable location ! The rooms and hallways had a foul odor ! No where near the falls,as advertised ! After check in and seeing the room,we left !

I have no problem.

While staying at the Glengate Hotel, my girlfriend and i had an unbelievable time. if there is one thing i can say about it id that the rooms are VEERRRY spacious and i mean that, we never really heard any other guests which is great and the night time lobby staff they have there is just wonderful, not to mention cheerful. if there was one thing i would have changed, is the fact that there were no smoking rooms.. and walking outside for a cigarette was somewhat annoy BUT other then that i had the a blast and it is literally 15 minutes walk from the falls so it kind of gives you a chance to do a little bit of sight seeing :D i would definitely do it again...

Extra for the price

close distance to Niagara Falls and its attractions. $20 Dining Voucher to Tony Roma's Restaurant saved us cash on dining. Traveled in December to Niagara Falls and it was one of the best experiences ever.

I have been to Niagara Falls at least 50 times before and tried the Glengate Hotel [...]. I stayed in room 115 right on the first floor and facing the parking lot. The room was clean, quiet and the heater was strong, even on low setting. The bed was comfortable. The tv reception was very clear unlike many hotels in Niagara Falls. Since it was off season, things were very easy and had no problems with my stay. I will definitely stay here again. The chinese restaurant next door is open at night and the food I ate was very good. I did not venture into the narrow underground parking as it is limited to small cars and has a tiny entrance. It would be a hike from the hotel to the casinos or the falls by foot, but parking is ample.

I was nervous to stay here given the very reasonable price....but the accommodations were fair and the location was not that far a walk to the Falls.
