The room was excellent. I booked the jet tub which did not disappoint. The service was great at the front desk they greet you everytime you walk by, they seem to have a good multicultural background who are cultured to a Canadian atmosphere making you feel at home.

The room is not sound proof. The building is too old. It needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Its settings a bad name for Holiday Inn. Especially being a top tourist attraction area. The only good thing about the stay was the staff who were helpful, and friendly. It wasn’t worth the price.

The room was alright and the staff polite, but there was a foul sewage-like smell, especially in the elevator area. The room walls are very thin and there were noisy people next door, so it was hard to sleep at night. The restaurant is also very mediocre and overpriced for the quality of food served. Overall, wouldn't recommend - for the price point I'd have been far better off renting a good abnb.
