There was no microwave and the fridge didn’t have a freezer. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and there is a convenient, delicious restaurant & bar right in the hotel. Breakfast is a bit expensive but it is served until 11:30. It is only a block or two to get to see the falls. At night they are all lit up and beautiful. Almost everything is within walking distance including Clifton Hill.

It was nice that is was so close to Fallsview Casino which is what we wanted . Also liked the whirlpool tub in the room though some of the jets in the tub didnt seem to work .

9/8/22 we liked staying here it was clean and staff was friendly. Easy access to everything. Dining places were close. We had a good time on the Skylon tower at night.. beautiful.
Generally our stay was ok. Just some oddities like the water for the hotel was shut off mid day couldn’t shower or flush toilet until it was restored. Wi-Fi was hit or miss at times. Ceiling heights in rooms and hallways were low about 7ft. not a standard 8ft. Good location, restaurant on location. Rooms were nice. Big Big plus FREE PARKING! Most hotels in that area charge big $$$ so beware of this when booking your stay. Close to the casino and falls. Staff was friendly. Like I said our stay was generally ok! Just some oddities
