The Room smelled of body odor! The shower took forever to get hot. The Sheets were loose fitting and didn’t stay in Mattress. The windows were dirty.

While staying at the hotel on my visit to Niagara Falls I parked my car in the hotel parking lot. In the morning I noticed someone painted my rental car drivers side door red with some kinda paint. I went to a local auto detailing/carwash place. They were able to remove it for $100. The area around the hotel is full of drugged looking ppl. Be careful parking your car there!

Unexpected fees added when checking in and that too for parking $20 plus tax. The check in lady was rude and felt she was a racist towards us. Anything we ask, her answers were ignorant and always no very unhelpful. On top of this room have water block in shower and sink, no hotwater and lost power when checking out with no back up lights in hallway. This a one of the worst hotel in the area. Been to 3 other in last 3 years and all of them are way better and good experience than this. This is a run down place and is over priced and hidden charges. Stay away

We didnt have a fridge in our room and they chargrd us extra to have one. I had kids and i had food for them that was going to go bad. The next day the electricity went out while we were going down to check out and it stayed out for almost an hour. My kids got scared. We had to go down the stairs with a stroller, my husband fell and hurt his ankle going down the stairs and pulling the stroller down. Thatw as a bad experience for us.

Over charged, no manager available to resolve the charges and was only willing to resolve them once the police got involved for fraud and theft from the room. No hot water the entire stay, they took the towels and never brought new ones for the second night. Blankets had blood on them, toilet had urine. Elevator randomly skips floors and the staff are all aware and just accept it as a cute quirk. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Got a full refund for it.
