I stay in Niagara falls at least twice a year and I always stay at this hotel. Overall it is the best place to stay! Friendly staff, always super clean, perfect area for amenities, and very affordable all year round! Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was average. Big beef...Showers took 5-10 minutes to warm up to 'hot'. We had no option but to wait before getting in. Very annoying :-( Closeness to Denny's and other restaurants on Victoria Avenue was a plus.
