The main reason we chose this hotel is because they have the rare heart jacuzzi tub. It was our honeymoon trip so we had to get a little charm of the old "honeymoon capital" feeling. After walking all day in the cold, it was nice to come back to a tub. The location was convenient as well, there is also a Denny's right next door and a Baskin Robbins accessible through the hotel that closed real late! Everyone was super nice as well <3

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately the experience was disappointing due to noise issues. The rooms are not soundproof at all — I could clearly hear cars passing outside and even normal conversations from the hallway. When using the bathroom, the sound carried so loudly that it could be heard outside, which was very uncomfortable. For a restful stay, proper noise cancellation in the rooms is really needed.

GOOD STAY

The hotel was in a great area. The amount of rooms were surprising. We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was huge. A lot of elevators, but that back one was always slow. We didn't make it to pool, but looking through the window, it looked inviting. Check -in took awhile because the line was long. The only thing I disliked was paying $25 a day for parking. As a guest, it should've been free.

First Niagara falls visit.

Checking in after a 6 plus hour drive from nyc was very fast and easy. We arrived before 4pm check in time and our room was ready. As for the room it was clean and the balcony facing Victoria Ave was very nice. We were able to see the fireworks perfectly.

We stayed with my kids and everything was walkable . Clifton hill restaurants lcbo etc...the restaurants were open late also. And the pool and whirlpool was so convenient. We'll definitely stay there again
