Friendly staff. Room had everything we needed. Location was excellent and we stayed on the 5th floor with a balcony and we were able to see the fireworks at night. We went in May and the price was very reasonable.we will be back.

The ceiling caved in, in the bathroom while I was in it. We reported it and then had to wait about an hour while they had different ppl come up to our room and tanks the report, and because we had dinner plans they told us we could move our stuff when we return to the hotel. We had plans after dinner because we were only here for one night, so we got back late and they had us move rooms then. We were downgraded from a king bed with. Heart shaped hot tub to a room with 2 doubles but said they were queens and no hot tub at all! They gave us 65$ off the room cost. The manager working at the time treated me like I stood on a chair and punched the hole in the ceiling myself. It was a leak from the room above. I expected the room to be fully covered in price after all this, he then explained to my bf that was all he could do. Won’t return ever!

Room was very clean and roomy. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hot tub and pool area were very clean and functional. Some areas could be updated but I would take clean and functional over that anytime. We had a minor issue with the heat pump but that was the only criticism. We travel a lot and we enjoyed this stay immensely. It's tough to find pet free hotels (we have allergies) that is also so comfy.
