Water pressure and temperature in shower was excellent. Mattress was good. Cleaning was sub standard, did not look like they vacuumed at all, our friends found a wrapper from a Reese’s peanut butter cup just under their bed, we found brochures behind our dresser. We had booked on line in a room with a Queen size bed and asked for a refrigerator at a cost of $10 which we were willing to pay. When we got to hotel they said the did not move fridges and tried to get us to up grade to a room with 2 Queens or King bed to have the fridge. On our last day they did not come to clean our room until after 4 and then just cleaned the bathroom.
The rooms were clean, but the lobby during breakfast was not cleaned quickly. I did appreciate the small breakfast offering and it was enough to get the day started. Don't expect anything fancy or filling. Overall, with my limited budget, it was an okay reservation. It is close to the bus system and you can purchase the pass by walking about 4-5 minutes to the souvenir shop.
It's good need some improvement to raneuat bathroom .
Hotel was in a good location. No issues. Close to restaurant.
I stayed there in june, very first thing i experienced at check in, they wanted me to upgrade my room because room didnt have any fridge. Really !! in june no refrigerator i had to upgrade then in room i found no iron and microvawe. They said i have to come to office to use microwave, travelling with kids and 10 months old baby, such a hassle going back and forth to office everytime baby need milk, ended up buying new microwave from walmart$$$$$. Have to call office everyday if u need clean room/towels If you come late at night, good luck with parking Once i had to park at pay parking and walk to my room I spent more money than really high end hotels right next to niagara falls with falls view If you dont mind these things then its a GOOD motel
lobby was dirty, breakfast area was small and dirty.
All those staff was amazing and so friendly If i go to niagara Ontario Canada, I would love to stay there. Thanks a lot everyone ( staff )
If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this place is not for you. But if you are looking for a decent place to stay that is very convenient to the Falls and attractions, then this is the place. Beautiful location right along the Niagara River, clean, great shower, and very comfortable bed. Not much selection for the free breakfast, but the price coupled with free parking (very important amenity in Niagara Falls) made that only a minor issue.
I would not recommend this hotel, in fact I would suggest to remove it from your rewards RBC's selection. Poor maintenance (broken walls and lamps), bathroom with nauseating odors, bathtub clogged with hair from previous guests, no toilet paper, only 6 watchable TV channels. I would definitely will not visit them anymore. Iralda Lugo Toronto.Ontario
For a cheaper stay, I was not expecting to get 5 star accommodations, but things could be way better even with what is already in place. A little bit care goes a long way in maintenance of the rooms & bathrooms. our room phone was not working, radio/alarm was not connected & toilet was good enough for a kid, too small for adult seating on it. You could not walk without sleeper on the carpet as your feet stick to it & chairs had spot on them that could be cleaned with a little bit loving care. I am not sure if i stay here again unless I know a lot has changed before even think about going back.
