Staff were customer service professionals at all times. I felt that my stay was valued.

Loved the hotel. You can see both waterfalls easily. A short walk brings you to either the waterfall area or Cherry Hill. My only complaint about the hotel is about the elevators, they can become a pain in the ass when the hotel is crowded. Would definitely stay again.

Balcony was literally a window that opened onto a metal railing flush with the window. Felt like very disingenuous marketing. There was an empty water bottle behind the drapes and hair in the shower. Other than that, a great stay.

I'll start with the good. Our room was nice, fairly spacious, and had a beautiful view. We also really enjoyed the buffet brunch at the Fallsview restaurant. Excellent service, fantastic food and very plentiful. But other than that I can't speak for service because there didn't seem to be much. It's like they just cram all these people into the rooms and then thats it. It takes forever to get an elevator up or down. Especially at check out time. On our first night there, my husband and I were hoping to get some food on the later side, after our children already ate. There was no menu in the room, or any information on the hotel at all for that matter. We called down about it and they said they'd send up a menu. No one ever came. Finally at a few minutes to nine my husband went down to ask for a menu. They game him one. But said that room service just ended at nine. We were also out of luck in finding any food that would deliver to us in the area.

Near attractions

I loved the complete staff from the front desk to the housekeepers! Only problem was a ceiling leak that wet the carpet and caused plaster to fall.

This is a new nice, clean and very well located hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always felt welcome and safe in the hotel and surrounding areas. The view of the falls from my room was amazing. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again

We just got back from our stay at the Sheraton FallsView hotel and we were very happy and pleased with our stay there. The best part of our stay was the view from the hotel room. We could just enjoy the view of the magnanimous Niagara waterfalls right from the room, which had the Juliet windows. The hotel rooms are very spacious, with enough space for a family of 4. The hotel is very conveniently located to the major Niagara Falls attractions such as the Falls, the City Cruise, Journey behind the falls, Skylon Tower etc. Clifton Hill is another attraction, especially for kids, which can't be missed and which is right next to the hotel. The access to the indoor water park is awesome as well. It is a bit expensive as all the taxes, parking ect starts adding up and I feel that it is worth the experience and convenience that it provides.

I liked the location, very walkable, it was busy, but not too overwhelming.

Not clean. Didn’t realize it was a windowless room when booking, will never book a room like that again. We left a day early.
