Loved my stay there! Clean, super well positioned. The only ‘no no’ about this hotel is the spa. It cost me around 100$ for a massage of 25$. The person who gave me the message was not even a certified therapist and didn’t know what she was doing!

Perfect Hotel in the heart of Clifton Hill amusement. Fireworks were perfect to see on the pool deck but get there early to reserve a spot close to bar area. The Falls are beautiful!

We booked a room with a balcony and a view, but were given a room without a view upon arrival. When we raised the issue, staff insisted there were no other rooms and that our room had a view, which it clearly didn’t. Only after asking for a manager were we immediately given the correct room, showing that suitable rooms were available all along. This felt dishonest and disappointing. We expected better service and transparency.
