Great hotel

Check in was smooth. Staff everywhere were so helpful and friendly. Common areas were very clean. Our room was very clean, spacious with nice view of the falls. Brunch was good with lots of gluten free options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view of the falls. We stayed in February and it sas gorgeous. In room Jacuzzi tub was great. Great property for families with kids due to all the connected properties and activities. Only downside was that the property was near capacity on the weekend due to a youth hockey tournament and the Sunday morning wait for elevators was terrible since everyone was checking out at the same time. Shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes for a lift.

This hotel was beautiful and the view of Niagara Falls was exceptional to say the least. My only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin. So much so that i could hear when the people in the next room would urinate in the bathroom from my bed. I also had to call security bc there was a party next door still at 2am and the guard that came up to investigate literally told them that I had called to complain of noise. The party stopped an hour later thankfully but I wish they would have used more discretion under the circumstances.

Very nice hotel, great views. Lots of things in the area to walk to, lots of different food options. Good service in the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. The only thing i think needs improvement on in my opinion is the breakfast buffet they have. It was roughly $34 per adult for this amazing breakfast buffet they advertise, but didnt quite meet the expectations it was advertising. There wasnt a whole lot of options there. They did have someone making fresh fries eggs or omlettes for you which was nice. But not too many options on what you can add to the omlettes. For example the 3 veggies were mixed together so if you didnt want one or maybe are allergic, you didnt have the option to just not add it. Then there was only ham and cheese as the 2 other options. Beside this station they had 2 hot containers, 1 with scrambled eggs, 1 hashbrowns and the last with bacon and sausage inside. The bacon and sausage were very very greasy, i couldnt eat it. And the food inside those containers wasnt hot. There was a small fruit station which was nice, and a station that had some premade waffle pieces. But it didnt have any toppings. The small cereal area was great for those who love cereal. There was a plate of pastries that were obviously store bought. They werent great. The whole breakfast experience felt a little lack luster for how it was being advertised. It definitely wasnt worth the price.

The stay was vey good as always, sheraton known with an amazing costumer service. The only thing that kinda got me unexpected was the aditional resort fee.. while booking through this app it should be included. Which to be honest i don't know why you need them to begin with. But thats the only thing. Also the waterpark pass should have option of booking with the app with other hotels as well not only skyline.
