Liked the fallsview but we were left stranded for over an hour as our rooms weren't ready. So much wanting times for the elevators. Movie rentals should have some passcode because kids pressed the buttons by mistake and we got charged for the movies.

Beautiful view. However beds were very uncomfortable and ventilation in room was weird and stuffy. Uncomfortably hot when turning temperature to 25 degrees, making it difficult to breathe

The room view was nice but the room was not clean at all. There was marks of coffee on the floor and side table, bugs on the ceiling and marks of killed bugs everywhere, this ruined our stay there and made us question the cleanliness of everything in the room. I am not going there again

We had a falls view room with a small door that opens so you can hear the roar of the falls from your room.

Wonderful view of falls. Excellent spa and health club. Onsite food is tremendous

The desk clerk was very professional and courteous with personality too! He was so nice to give us an upgrade to a wonderful room facing both falls. We loved our stay and when we return hope to get that same room!

The view as amazing as long as you book a views view room only

Our room wS very clean and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I really like that you can check in electronically prior to arriving at the hotel and they issue a mobile key. However - we checked in electronically at least an hour prior to arriving and the mobile key was not ready. We had to stand in a large mass of people and check in at the desk so this was not very pleasing at all since we thought we covered our basis by using the electronic check in. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel and our room.

I booked a falls view room but when we arrived they didn't have one available. A waste of my points. Check-in was a gong show. I waited in line atleast 15 min. Self-parking was a very long walk from the hotel lobby through throngs of NF tourists. Long waits for the elevator in the parking garage and the hotel. When we finally arrived at room the pass keys didn't work. Back to stand in line for another 15 min. Total time for check-in was 45 min. Hallways were dingy and dark. Room was very nice but there were kids screaming until 230 am. All in all worst hotel experience I have had in years.

I visit Niagara with my kids every year and always stay at the Sheraton on the Falls. This time around my experience was not good. We got there and waited a long time to check in. There was a long lineup and not all check in desks were available. Got to our room. Dropped off our luggage and went out for the day. We got back late and got into bed. My bed was broken and very uncomfortable. I couldn’t complain about it at the time as my kids were very tired and it was almost midnight. I did not sleep well at all as I slept on an angle. In the morning when I checked out, I told the woman at the desk. She made a note and sent me off with “thanks for staying with us” no apology or compensation. I am in the industry and would compensate a loyal customer in some way considering that I had not slept all night due to their bed being broken. Anyway. My response to her was to please ensure it get fixed for the next person staying in that room. I’m not sure that I will be staying there again. I was not impressed with the level of customer service.
