Great staff headlines this hotel in Sudbury, as all facilities have their flaws, some are inherit in the hospitality business, as in rude fellow customers. What to do? When a group, (like 233 Lions) overtake a facility, perhaps they could be isolated to a particular wing and let them drive each other crazy? Just an idea, or restrict their booze consumption, hallway patrols after 2300?

Held a training session here. Training room well laid out. Even though it was in the basement, it worked out beautifully. Everyone helpful. Catering at lunch was very good. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Well done!

Probably the best hotel in Sudbury Great knowledgeable staff. Rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast is ok but not great. Exercise room, conference rooms and pool are clean and modern. Would recommend when traveling.

The hotel is easy to find but the parking setup is quiet strange and awkward if it's your first time there. Our room was in the back half of the hotel which seemed to be an add on because the floors did't quite match up to the front of the hotel. The hotel was quite nice and the rooms were spacious and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar beside the front lobby was enjoyable because the bartender was fun to talk too. a group of us were there and we laughed so much which was driven by the bartender. The convention room was huge. The pool was smallish and crowed. For Sudbury, this is a very good hotel to stay with.

Even if you're not staying here, you have to try their menu. Between the 7 of us, we had about 10 items and every single one of them was great! The f]rooms are clean and business standard. There are enough places to charge your technology, and if you need anything, the staff are there to help you in a hot minute. Great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling here.

When I arrived to check in, the hotel did not have my reservation from, so DEBBIE quickly called them, sorted out the situation, and ensured I got a room at the same price, even allowing me early check-in, all the while apologizing for something that was not her error! To me, it was amazing customer service!! My room was extremely clean and comfortable, an added bonus!

I stayed here for business. I arrived later in the evening and was given a room on the first floor overlooking the parking lot. The room was pretty standard but clean with a coffee maker and mini fridge. The only problem was that it was quite bright due to the parking lot lighting- even with the black out blinds closed. Only an issue due to that particular room. The staff was good, check in was quick and efficient. There was a few people hanging out in the lobby bar and the atmosphere was upbeat. The hotel was conveniently located to where my meetings were and I would consider staying here again.

I recently stayed at this location as a result of having to travel to Sudbury for a business meeting. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. Generally speaking Holiday Inns are a safe bet and this location is no different. I would recommend this hotel to somebody traveling to Sudbury as your home away from home.

We got married at the Holiday Inn Sudbury and it was perfect. The food and service was excellent. They really helped us have the perfect day. We stayed in the hotel the night before the wedding and it was very nice. Renovations are modern. Sunday Brunch buffet is very good. Since our wedding we have come back for the brunch a few times. Food and service is excellent. My only complaint is the lady that serves at the buffet is very pushy. She try's to tell you what to take and forces it in your face. Once you say no three or four times she backs off but it's a bit frustrating. I know she means well but it comes off as aggressive.

Stayed at this hotel on a tour. Went to the bar after dinner for a glass of wine, didn't order the Kim Crawford, bartender gave me a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, bill came, $18.00 for a glass of wine!!!!!!! Brought this to the attention of the bartender and she said there was no mistake! Are you kidding me, I am from Toronto and never, ever have I paid $18.00 for a glass of white wine!
