I would have honestly given it 5 stars if the hot tub was actually hot. I brought my daughter specifically here for her birthday because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was a luke warm bath and when I asked them to turn it up they couldn't. If it is for kids to use then the pool should be heated and the hot tub should actually be a hot tub. Everything else was perfect!
