We were upgraded to living waters resort across the street. Beautiful location. The living shore spa is the best! Very comfortable room with kitchenette. Absolutely wonderful stay

This is a pet friendly hotel, very clean and room is big, very friendly staff. Construction is next door so check in is in a small room, no lobby for guests. Very quiet area .. minutes away from Blue Mountain Village and nice Collingwood park & beach, will definitely book again!

I like the place close to water and upon arrival water side rooms will cost you extra which is not reasonabel. Rooms are not that good having spider webs and beds back rest are torn Whic makes me disappointed .
