The elevator was out of service. The curtain in the room is broken so we couldn't have full privacy, and the lights from outside kept us awake. Awful smell in the hallways. Room not really clean. Nice staff tho.

The room was absolutely disgusting. We took the family up on Christmas to go to blue Mountain for a vacation. We had to leave at night. Both the beds were peed or stained with blood. It was horrible. They changed our rooms and the room was in the same condition as the other I would not recommend do not book.
