It was a nice facility the only drawback I would say that it is not handicap or senior with mobility issues accessible with no elevators and long stairs cases as I asked a room on the first floor they did not give us one but gave us one on the second floor, we had 2 seniors with mobility issues going up the stairs and going far distance down the hallway this was a very hard on them. I will not book this hotel again when traveling with my father and stepmother.

Facilities were nice, but not the room we got. we got the probably the worst rooms they could provide, had to carry luggage up the stairs no elevator access, windows were greyed out from viewing anything). Best to pick something closer to the mountains for this cost.

Excellent staff. Restaurant on site is lovely. No elevator which wasn't nice. Hallways are dated, but rooms are nice. I don't like having to go to the front lobby to obtain a pool towel. That's ick.

The room was OK. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was good. I was about giving 4 stars until I noticed that they charge me a small fee of $8:48 and once I called to ask about it. They said it is for property use and parking !!! The hotel advertises that the parking is free and how could you rent a room to a guest and not have the guest to walk around the property !!!? What the hell is use of the property !? Is it a joke. More interesting I later found out the hotel.com charged me for that and the hotel says because they hotel.com does not change then we do charge the guest for that amount. So I got double charge for something that does not make sense at all. I spent $300 for the hotel for one night and in total in my one night trip I spent $800. I did not mind. But this $8.48 I do mind. Because this is wrong. See a smart management never upset a customer for such a . . .

We stayed as a place to have convenient for an event, the hotel was standard and decent. Definitely need to consider getting food offsite, restaurant for our friend wasn't even open an hour + after it was meant to be for breakfast. Affordable, easy breezy, lots of families if you're looking for a place to stay with your kids.

Had an amazing time at the Georgian. We wanted to take advantage of the recent warm fall weather and spend a few days in Collingwood. It was our first time trying this hotel out. The heated outdoor pool was still open and a wonderfully warm temperature. We spent hours there. There is also an indoor pool but we didn't try it out, but it was also very warm temperature. We visited the Scenic Caves that were just a short drive away, and it was great to wind down and relax in the pool after a few hours hiking there. The staff were excellent, and we would especially like to recognize Clovis who checked us in and was so very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. It really made a big difference, and made us feel so welcome and so happy to see someone go far and beyond compared to other places we have stayed at. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great getaway!

I love kids and had lots of my own- be sure to ask though before booking if you are looking at a quiet weekend getaway whether there will be large groups of children's hockey teams staying- pool was overrun and check-in very noisy with parents not managing the kids behaviour. A pickleball court would be a great idea. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room comfortable and clean.

After being awoken in the middle of the night for a fire alarm that I was only told was "not a fire" we along with other guests stood around in our pajamas with no direction, no communication and not sure what to do. Once sent back to our rooms, it went off again 2 hrs. later and then 10 min. later. I assume they were testing the system. The next morning after our swim, we went to take showers in our room. The shower would not turn off. Maintenance was called, then a second person. After an hr. it was fixed but we were unable to leave to continue our sight seeing and have lunch. I did send an email to the person in charge who was off that day catching up on sleep and she did come and talk to me the day after when I went to the front desk. She did apologize and offered us some complimentary charcuterie boards. I unfortunately did not know what that was and it was all pickled food and lunch meat that we do not eat as we try to eat clean diet. I wanted to offer it to the staff but wasn't sure how that would be received so it mainly went in the garbage. While there was communication, none of it really addressed our concerns, nor did they ask our preferences. It left a bad impression with us and we do regret staying there.

The room was freezing and the bed only had a very thin sheet covering it. We couldn’t get the heater working so they sent someone up to fix it. They got it working but it stopped right away. I appreciated the help and he was really nice but I wanted to sleep not wait around for the heater to get fixed. I didn’t sleep well because I kept waking up cold. Also the shower was only lukewarm. I spent a lot of money on this room and was disappointed to not sleep well.
