Great time, great place just wish we were luckier at the casino.
Attended Detroit Auto Show and stayed in Windsor to have some night life. Had a beautiful view of the river and downtown Detroit.
Spend 1 night at this hotel one of the best I ever went . It worth the money you spend .
Exchange 20usd bucks get 26can....exchange 26can get 16usd buncha crap and hotel is dated for the money
Clean and friendly and spectacular views. Very nice bathroom and mattress.
If you've never been to this hotel/casino before, parking for this hotel is very difficult to find, however once you do, the staff is great. The coffee machine in the room was filled with dust which was kind of gross but all in all, room was nice everything else was good. Location is nice, within walking distance to the riverfront park. I would stay here again if in Windsor.
I love this hotel and casino but it is so expensive to stay here. Great place for a special event like a bachelor party.
One of my most relaxing trips I have ever had! Everything was first class! Will be back soon! John
The only problem is the distance to walk from the self-parking to the hotel. Otherwise, everything was fine.
I can't say enough about the hotel or staff here. The staff were accommodating, and the rooms were fantastic. Located right on the water(Detroit River), and close to Oullette St, you can't go wrong here. The restaurant, Nero, was good, not excellent, but everything else was superb. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Everything is so clean. Parking on site with valet. I highly recommend staying here when you are in Windsor.
Is was very good trip. Staff was very helpful. Good location with may things to do close by. Wonderful view of the city of Detroit at night.
I really enjoyed the staff. The house keeping was very friendly and thorough. The scenery was beautiful. The room had a great view outdoors and was located near the Detroit River. So beautiful.
Located in the heart of downtown Windsor, Caesar's has a lot to offer. The free parking, on-site casino, good buffet, and location are all wonderful features. As a non-smoker with sensitivities to smoke, I like the fact that the casino is smoke-free. The receptionist at the desk was a bit inappropriate-- I was with a colleague who was making sure the registration went smoothly, and the receptionist asked if he is staying in the room with me. Other than that, I do not have any complaints.
Great room, new , clean, food in the Hotel was poor value
very friendly people those Canadians, helpful, but the price was too high, I didn't pay that in London England or New York City even.
Great staff & parking is a breeze. Great value & location
The lobby presentation is impressive. The room was nice, the bathroom is roomy with a bathtub and a separate glass shower stall. There were two spots in the shower stall that had what appeared to be mildew stains, there was popcorn and old receipts under the bed from previous guests. No one under 19 years of age are allowed in the pool area which was very disappointing to our two kids, 3 and 6. The food was good, the staff was great. The free valet is convenient. We visited friends at the Hilton and we were Sooo glad we were staying at Caesars! That place is a dump in comparison.
Nice hotel, staff has a definite lack of communication. Checked in & was informed pool was to be closed the next day for annual maintenance. Was to close at midnight, but closed at 10 PM instead, not a big deal unless you design your day to go to pool at 9:30 & get asked to leave at 10 PM. Several other "miscommunications" with staff - late check out, no breakfast served on Monday AM. Overall good time with casino.
I've stayed here several times for business. This time it included my wife. Room was comfy and classy. Even the elevators were great. View was superb of the River and of Detroit. Small restaurant at the registration area was very convenient, well priced and delicious. Separated from the Casino's noise and activity.
