Wow! Staff was great. Views are amazing, and the surrounding area is spectacular! Great location for visitors!!
enviorment and ambience of the place is out of this world
Beautiful! Perfect location since parking can be an issue at the lakes.
One of the best and most relaxing and enjoyable vacations ever. Staff is accommodating, professional, and friendly. Restaurants are superb but make early reservations. Head out away from the visitors and take a look at the surrounding areas. Enjoy,!
The room was perfect with the exception that it *seemed* like the HVAC wasn't working? Admittedly I was only there for one night and was very busy so I did not take the time to call down about it. Turning on the ceiling fan and opening a window was very effective. The views of the lake and mountains were spectacular. Dinner was decent, breakfast buffet was fantastic, service throughout my stay was always very good. I enjoyed using the mobile text service w/the concierge, as this allowed me to very easily make arrangements while hiking.
The service was really amazing. Our son was sick and vomiting all night. They did everything to help with a new crib, new towels, and medicine options all at 2 am! Always felt supported. Superior service!
A very nice service! Pleasure to stay.. .we were upgraded to the the Lake View.
All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We dealt with ski rentals, valet service, ski storage and the concierge for cell phone charging issues. Our stay exceeded our expectations.
Ice skating on Lake Louise, access to hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing right outside the door, generally excellent restaurants. Dislikes: rooms (especially bathrooms) getting old.
Amazing and historic property, but with that came a very small room that didn’t have good attention to detail from the cleaning staff.
Excellent location to great skiing, close to Banff
Nice experience and beautiful location. Needs an update.
Lovely hotel with a breathtaking view. We were complimentary upgraded from a Fairmont room to a 1 bedroom suite with a lake view. Incredible staff, would love the opportunity to stay here again!
Just an incredible experience, as always! This hotel is marvellous, and our "partial view" room actually had an incredible and direct view on the lake and glacier! What a magnificent view to wake up to! And the hotel's Fairview restaurant (although pricey) was succulent! A must-see-and-be in the Rockies!
