No major issues. Only 3 bath towels in our room and the shower head is not great. Front desk staff person was wonderful.

The bath/shower did not work properly- water came out both tap and shower at same time with no proper water pressure so could not have a bath without being showered. No shower cap provided. No soap for bath. Laundry service broken, hot tub disgusting and yellow and left stagnant with sign "does not work due to maintenance". Pool had so much chlorine it was hard to breathe and gave a headache and red eyes for 2 days. Breakfast buffet had same hot breskfast ever day of unsightly pale scarry looking breakfast sausage. It was slimy and most people confused it for a wet hashbrown. Only bruised apples and no other fruit. Coffee and creamer constantly empty and not refilled promptly. Fruit juice dispenser broken for 2 days (only oj) and oj empty on 3rd. Only refilled when several people asked them to). Breakfast room very crowded for size of hotel with a sign telling customers to take their breakfast back to their room if no seating available. No trays to carry food on and only tiny cardboard plates/bowls so no way to carry breakfast to your room in one trip! Front counter staff rude and impolite. Made inappropriate comments to customers and provided no receipt for stay. No room service provided. Had to repeatedly ask for towls and shampoo, etc. Poor quality cheap toiletries like lotion that turns white and barely absorbs and shampoo so small it hardly washes a small child's hair.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is slightly dated but they did a good job to keep up the maintenance.

My daughter and I had a little staycation here and it was great! Lovely staff. The room was clean and comfy. The pool area was well maintained, only one slide was running which was a little sad but we still enjoyed ourselves. The only down side was there was a noisy room on the floor - maybe 2 down? That woke us up in the middle of the night, but not much to do about that.

My daughter and I had a little staycation here and it was great! Lovely staff. The room was clean and comfy.
