Clean hotel! Comfortable bed! Friendly staff! Hot breakfast! Good location and easy to find! What more could you ask for when staying away from home! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again!

The rooms were current in décor and very spacious. We were attending a family wedding and were early to check in but the front desk staff was courteous and gave us 1 of our rooms until the others were ready and even delivered the keys to us when the other rooms were ready. We had a small issue in one of the rooms but the front desk quickly moved us to another room without any problem. The rooms were great!!!

This is our second stay at this hotel. We stay in the Soo 4-5 times a year, and have spent a good deal of effort scouting out all the hotel options. The Quattro is located in a good area - close to shopping. It's a bit of a drive(10-12 minutes) to the waterfront if that's your desire - might want to look for other options. If the price is right, this hotel is a very great deal. Beds are comfy. Rooms are updated and clean. The pool area is a little dated, but it's quite good. Has a nice exercise room as well. The included breakfast is the best of all the hotels we have stayed at in the Soo. Will certainly be staying here in the future if the pricepoint is good.

Stay here often while travelling through to Sudbury. All the rooms are perfect for my family of 5. Kids love the pool. Breakfast is great too! Will stay there every time and we recommend it to anyone passing through or staying in the Sault long term

We stayed at the Quattro many times as our son attends Sault College. All the staff are always receptive to our needs, very helpful and outgoing. Rooms and facilities are very clean! We will be back with no hesitation.

We have stayed a Quattro at least 3 times since our first review in September 2017. We have had the King Room and the 2 Queen/2 Room Suite. First let's cover the basics: Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities are excellent with in room fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker. Location is close to hospital, shopping and restaurants. On location is a licensed restaurant/lounge, spa, salt water pool, sauna and hot tub. Complimentary hot breakfast is relaxed and has revolving hot items. Second there is the accommodations by staff: Our first visit (previous review) included a late arrival but the lounge/bar staff still made time to make us a drink as they closed. Overall room location is accommodated every time (I use a cane) and they are always considering the stairs versus first floor room assignment. Weather friendly--now I know we were lucky but the day I was released from hospital after surgery was a snowstorm and it was not looking feasible to drive the 2 1/2 hours with snow and ice while sporting new stitches and tape and they made it so simple to come back and stay another night. Third is the feeling of coming to Quattro: We are starting to view Quattro as our home away from home as we have a lot of medical appointments in the Sault and arriving at Quattro is sometimes the only thing we look forward to. The staff make you feel like you are not just returning but are welcoming you back. It is just experienced as a general feeling of warm welcome. Fourth there is the financial: Medical rates fall at the Northern Health Travel Grant rates. The value of the stay is incomparable to any other hotel in the area. About the reviewer's travels: I have stayed alone, I have stayed with my spouse, and I have stayed with my spouse, daughter and mother. All have enjoyed. My mother enjoyed wine down Wednesdays. Aspirations: I have already booked our next stay which is for pleasure (a show which happens to fall on Quattro 's martini Monday's...yay) and will be booking many more as our medical appointments dictate. There is no other place to stay in the Sault according to our family.

Location is great - near restaurants and shopping. Hot breakfast bar was really good. We had an accessible room which was very roomy with a comfortable bed. Appreciated the small sink, fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Sault Ste Marie is a winter wonderland, and this Dec/Jan has been no different. We have enjoyed both the accomodations at Quattro as well as the proximity to all the amenities on Great Northern Drive. Plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area .. but, if you choose to stay at the hotel, their food is also excellent. A friendly, helpful staff made our 2 night stay enjoyable.

We stayed at the Quattro as a stopover point on the way to and from Ottawa, and we will definitely be returning in the future! The staff was friendly and efficient, which was very welcome after a long day on the road. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the room had a variety of options (including bacon, eggs, and different pastries) which suited our tastes very well. Overall, this hotel is a great value in terms of price and quality!

Always stay here for a change. Lovely place to stay at great staff and breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and nice. We always stay here to get away for a night and spend some time together. Hot tub and pool is great too
