My car's roof compartment got stolen. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm on October 12, 2025. When I arrived, I had a roof bag/compartment on my car. I parked my car in the hotel's designated parking area, and I paid for the parking. The next morning, my car's roof bag/compartment was gone. It was stolen. I reported it to the reception desk on the morning of October 13, 2025. I know they put a sign there on the wall that says they are not responsible for any loss of personal property. That place is unsafe.

Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was quite adequate. Hotel somewhat dated but clean. Bathroom small, bathtub, door and toilet very close and awkwardly situated. Room good size. Very quiet. Beds very comfortable.

The fact that it is close to alot of restaurants and hockey arena was nice. The downfall was that i coupd not find a parking spot coming back to my hotel because people had parked there for the hockey game next fooem. Usually i wouldn't care but i had to pay per night to park therefore i shouldnt have to wait for a game to be done to be able to get a spot to get to my room for the night.

Good location. Only one elevator to service many rooms. Ran out of breakfast items and did not have refills. Replaced towels and took garbage but did not make beds. No mention of the lack of housekeeping. Overall it was fine. Staff was great!

The hotel is nice, I would have rated it higher, except the last two times I’ve stayed the smell in the elevator is bad. The room was clean, check in was great, customer service was perfect.

The staff were all so pleasant and nice to talk with. They were very attentive and happily helped us. The bathroom was small but clean and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The parking lot was fine and the building in a safe neighborhood, also it was quite close to the train depot, the lock trips, the Bush Plane museum and across the street from the mall. So overall a great location and a good place to stay.

The breakfast served in the morning was actually not bad. The cleaning of the room was fine, but the smell from the shower curtains was very unpleasant. The parking lot felt a little small, and I felt that the various facilities were also worn out. In addition, there are various other accessible shopping malls nearby, and surrounding rings that feel safe.

The hotel had a bus group and we were all going to Agawa Railway Trip. We arrived at 6:30 for breakfast . There was no where to sit to eat as well as there was nothing left to eat by the time we got to the front of the line other than toast . Under those circumstances they should have had more food prepared at an earlier time. Very unorganized.
