The staff was friendly and had suggestions when asked about possible places to have a burger. When I had a problem with the room, it was dealt with promptly. I did have a problem with the TV/cable not working. The property itself is tucked away among condos and business buildings. It made for a quiet night but no entertainment choices close by. You can walk to the riverfront but you have to walk through those condo/business parking lots. It also fronts a one way street so you always have to and go a certain direction which is also a bit inconvenient. No pool. However, all the little inconveniences do not overwhelm the overall experience.
