DO NOT STAY HERE. These people only care about profiting in any way they can. They lack empathy. They lack ethics. They lack the willingness to do what is right. It’s all about $$$. They will not listen to reason nor do they care about customer experience. They are unwilling to work with Orbitz. When orbitz informed them of our situation, they knew that they didn’t have to do a damn thing to help us, and blew off Orbitz. To be honest, Orbitz is useless when it comes to helping people out when they find themselves in a pinch. BOOK WITH ORBITZ AT YOUR OWN RISK. Ultimately, the people at this motel couldn’t have cared less that we didn’t have a roof over our heads. They didn’t do a damn thing to help us find a place to stay. But they sure as hell took every penny of our money. Stay away.
The property is not worth staying at all. They have a 9pm deadline for check in and it’s mentioned in the site to call for a late check in. But you will never have anyone answer the phone. It’s all a scam to get money!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE!!! We could not make it on time and could not check in. We had to check in at another hotel immediately. Why mention calling when you won’t even answer calls in normal hours of 11 to 5. HIGHLY UNRECCOMMENDED AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Hotel is too old. A/C are window units. Front desk don't answer your calls when you need them. They require security deposit of $100 dlls. They don't provide a receipt even if you ask for it.
This motel is close enough to all the sights that you can walk everywhere, and it's far enough from all the action that you won't be bothered by the noise of fellow tourists. If your objective while staying in Niagara Falls is to spend the entire trip in your hotel, this place probably isn't for you. But we just needed an inexpensive place to sleep that was near restaurants and attractions and that's exactly what this place delivers. The room had air conditioning and a refrigerator, so I really couldn't ask for anything more. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you!
