The room was absolutely disgusting. There were stains on the toilet, gaps between the floorboards, hair and dust in the beds, and dirty towels. There was also no heating overnight. No hairdryer, the fridge did not work, the toilet and seat were not cleaned had brown stains. To make matters worse, we paid $15 for parking, only to have gas siphoned from our car while it was parked there. An extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The worst hotel I have ever stayed .

The check in and out were both efficient and quick. It seemed quite busy, but she handled the crowd well. Once the refurbishment begins and is completed, this will be a go to spot for location and convenience.

The price was good but having to pay an additional $15 for parking was a surprise, but we were so close to the falls that the price seem to make sense.

If you're not going to stay all the day in the motel, then this place is alright. Price is still a little higher just because it is really close to the falls. But it is a fair place to sleep and shower. Poorly maintained though.

For the price and location it was good. We were just looking for a place to stay on Niagara because we would be out most of the time. Very little amenities and when we arrived there was no attendant at the front desk, had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Otherwise it was a very decent stay.
