Nice hotel, little bit outdated but nice. Staff is nice. Parking is not expensive.

We stayed two nights and had a lovely time. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Booked a tour through hotel and that was smooth and easy. Desk clerks were mostly friendly but rushed. One in particular not a great listener but we persevered and she finally gave us the information we were seeking. Easy to find, easy parking, would definitely stay here again. Much to see and do.

Very nice hotel with only a 10 minute walk to the Falls.

Great staff and friendly. Location is walking distance to Niagara Falls. Close to everything.

Nice newer hotel central location walking distance To everything to do around Niagara Falls.

Easy check in. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great pool area. Delicious warm cookies upon check in was a hit with the kids! We will be back!!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean! quick walk to the falls

We paid extra for a room with a view and I would not recommend you to do this. The view was nice but not worth the cost.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would return. It's in a great location near the Falls and convenient to the WeGo stop. Room was very clean and spacious. We also traveled with a baby the room was clean and spacious for her to crawl around without any dangers. Truly a wonderful hotel.

Overall it was pretty nice. My wife, 8 month old daughter, and myself were on the way back to Chicago from visiting Toronto City and decided to spend a night at the beautiful Niagara Falls. This hotel is at a good location, not too far from the tourist area but it also wasn't in a location with heavy foot traffic so its quiet as well. Location was important to us because we wanted to see the falls but it had to be within walking distance to it with a stroller. It was probably a 10~12 minute walk to the falls.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Would stay there again if in town

Very pleasant hotel. Good size room and super clean. The view is pretty nice but I was expecting better. You only get a partial view of the American Falls. Overall it's good value for the money.

It was partly our fault but the room reaked of cigarette smoke which gave me a bad sinus headache. The manager did comp our parking but I should have checked to see that it was a nonsmoking room before I purchased. The hotel was nice in every other way!

The hotel is very nice. They didn't skimp on quality. Easy access to most things in the area. It's nice that they have two hot tubs (one outside), and a swimming area just for adults.

Wanted to catch the falls before the end of the season...missing most of the access because we hit it on the weekend the parks changed from summer to winter hours.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Extremely clean room and bathroom. A bit of a walk to the main drag, but for us that was fine. Beautiful lobby.

This hotel was fine for my short business trip. My company had asked for a higher floor so I had a nice view. Staff was friendly and competent. I didn't use any of the amenities except for WiFi.

We stayed during early march. It was snowing and cold, but the hotel was great. Nice staff and nice amenities.

Check in was fast and easy, they took a $50 deposit. Gave us our warm cookies, they were great. we had a 2 room suite, fallsview room 1601. The room was great, big, clean. Even though we were on the 16th floor you cant really see the falls. If you want a true fallsview room stay at Embassy suites or Hilton or the fallsview casino. The pool here is great, 2 levels and a nice hot tub. paid $250 for the room for the night, I think it was too pricey. I would say here again if I had a deal. Parking is an additional $15 a night. They did not salt the walkway when we were there and it resulted in my friend slipping and falling.

My sister is in a wheelchair, and while she herself was not on this trip with me, I noticed how big and spacious the rooms were. Her chair would have easily fit in this room (2 double beds). The bathroom, for a wheelchair, was on the small side and did not have a roll in shower but a bathtub/shower. Not sure if this is an option elsewhere in the hotel, but if it was this would be the perfect place for someone who is wheelchair bound.
