The restaurant food was not that great. There was not enough coffee in the room as there were three of us. Also no QAR code or information to order room service.

Pool area was nice. Multiple machines in gym did not work. Restaurant was closed, area restaurants bad and area is rough. They charged extra for parking! Room and lobby was nice and clean.

We booked a premium falls view, but could only see the rivers. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel. Had to pay $22 for parking, which was a crazy fee to park on their lot.

We arrived exhausted (hauling kids around all day). Getting to our room and we found the toilet wasn't working. I called the front desk where Cindy promptly moved us to another room without hesitation and was incredibly sweet and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and altogether an incredible experience.

My husband and I stayed at the DoubleTree Fallsview Resort and Spa for his birthday. Our room had a spectacular view of the American and Bridal Veil Falls. While most of the amenities were closed due to COVID-19, the spa was open and FANTASTIC. The entire staff was incredibly courteous and friendly, managing to be helpful without being intrusive. One example that stands out is the manager - I wish I remembered her name; I want to say Viktoria or Aleksandra - going above and beyond, conducting research into a Tlinkit totem pole on display in the (closed) gallery. They all deserve raises. COVID-19 protocols were adhered to, with everyone masked and the lobby area clean. Our room was wonderful and cleaner than many hotel rooms I've stayed in, especially during a time when shortages in the service industries are common for understandable reasons. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you, Trista, for sharing your experience. We are sorry there was not enough coffee and hope you called to have more sent up. You will find many hotels are now going paperless and providing a QAR code instead.

Good Day Sandy, Thank you for sharing your post.At $22 parking, we are amongst the lowest priced in the area. You also have the convenience of self parking vs waiting for a shuttle or valet. The parking fee is communicated on our booking sites. The Fallsview category at our property is US Fallsview - which would be the American Falls. We are located directly in front of the American Falls. For views of the Canadian (Horseshoe Falls) we would suggest one of our Hilton sister hotels. We hope you enjoyed your time in Niagara.
