Staff was very friendly and explained everything well. The room had some recent updates. The bedding was strange, no fitted sheets and there was a hole in the top sheet. The room also lacked adequate outlets. It was a 15 minute walk to the falls and for the price, we would recommend a stay here.

A no-frills hotel that was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. I felt very welcomed. The room had been redone fairly recently but there were some quirks, like a bathroom door that wouldn't shut properly. Overall I enjoyed our stay and the price was reasonable.

Get rid of the check out guy !!!

Checking in was great and for the price the room was great ! The only hotel with easy and FREE parking! Just dont ask questions when checking out ! VERY rude guy who got an attitude with me when I was jokingly asking the girl working bedide him a question!!!

What’s up with the parking?? Orange cones get moved around every day so you are never sure where to park! The lights under the porch roof all need a good cleaning. The chairs at the table in the room are not a good idea. The motel is in a very good location and there is a short walk to shops and food. Bed was comfy ! We enjoyed our stay.

This place is great. Staff is amazing! Richard is the best! Definitely coming back. It's walking distance to a lot of the main attractions. Very clean and quiet friendly environment. The pool is great.

The Kings Inn was the perfect location for our quick visit to Niagara Falls. Richard was very kind and accommodated our later arrival when we decided to go all the way to Niagara Falls instead of stopping along the way. He greeted us warmly when we arrived after their normal check-in time. He also gave us many recommendations to maximize our enjoyment of the area during our short visit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the Inn is only about a 15” walk from viewing the falls and all the other attractions. Free parking on sight was another big perk which we very much appreciated. The only thing I will note for future travelers is the mattresses in our room were rather firm. If you prefer a softer mattress you may want to call ahead to see if they have other rooms with that option. Otherwise, this is a great option for lodging if you plan on visiting the falls!

Well located hotel near to everything in Niagara falls. Owner really takes care of instalaciones. Very nice Pool cleaned every day. Good room size and comfortable beds. Great choice for the price.
