The valet service is the only eay you can park at the hotel. It is subpar in every respect, always understaffed and crowded. I had them book an appointment to have my car parked out front 3 hours in advance, and they missed it by 15 minutes. There was no in room dining menu, and some of the items on the menu werent available to order anymore.

Room was lovely just slightly out dated but clean. Walls are paper thin could hear our neighbours arguing at night then at 7:45 am was awoken with unattended dog barking non stop for 40 min. Went for high tea at Zoe’s with my mom and daughter, I am on no carb/ sugar (which I did not mention as i didn’t think to) and did not want a tea tower .. and was belittled and loudly spoken to from the server that this was not appropriate and “ we would never have seated you had we known you were not ALL eating”. The location was wonderful. Next time we will find another hotel in the same neighbourhood.

My stay at the Fairmont Château Laurier was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s historic charm and elegant atmosphere create a truly memorable experience. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with care and precision. Room was super. Unfortunately we were not impressed with other services, we had to collect baggage ourselves after an hour wait even thought the hotel was quite at the time. Ignored by food outlet staff twice. Check out staff tried to make up for deficiency with parking discount.
