The stay was very nice until the morning we were to depart. Our car was broken into at the hotel parking lot, reported to staff who did not even call the hotel security. The answer, it's not our responsibility! What is the purpose of collecting car plate numbers from clients it they are of no use to the hotel. That was quite a low for the hotel.
