It was disappointing travelling with small children that there was no indication on the website (or email) that the pool was not in operation. It was extremely cold weather (which is beyond your control) and there was nothing to do at the hotel for kids.

Room wasn’t very clean and customer service horrible! Pool was closed and instead of staff just saying that they strung us along for 4 days! When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that I would be permitted to cancel my room and relocate to another hotel with a working pool

The room was clean. The hallway carpets were lifted and I tripped a few times. The man who checked me in was so rude and impatient when I was typing to figure out and ask about wifi. He actually was flippant during the whole check in. I went to grab a greek yogurt after working out and they didn’t have any. Then was given a small yogurt in a container and it wasn’t until I went up to my room that my husband noticed it expired on December 24/2025. TBH not the greatest experience.

The staff has been very rude right from the beginning when my wife asked if she could check in ahead of myself as I’m at work. The receptionist was very condescending and mentioned that they can’t do that even if we provided all my reservation information. On checkout - we inquired and confirmed the time is 12 PM and we got knocked by staff at 11:50 to come out of the room…UNBELIEVABLE!

The carpets in the hallways are terrible. They are detached from the floor and look strange. My room, for example, does not look like a hotel room but rather a motel room. For this price, I don't think guests deserve such a place to stay. I did not eat during my stay.

I was originally going to take my sister out to a choice of a number of restaurants in the area. However, I checked out the Happy Hour specials at Myla's and it didn't seem to make sense to go elsewhere. The food was great, and fantastic prices on the drinks and selective food that was reduced in price during Happy Hours.
