Not happy with cost of checking one bag per ticket total $60
My husband needed assistance to Gate staff was very friendly.
The passenger I sat next to was moaning minnie and wouldn't sit still. All passengers should be respectful of others.
We missed a connection due to some delays but received great service from Air Canada to book another flight which left within 30 minutes of the original
Your flight attendants are great. My first time on Westjet, great experience.
Landing in Ottawa .... was quite hard and my neck was affected which also caused headache. Spoke to staff about it. Ask3d for an aisle seat so legs could remain straighter... I was able to do that. The stewardess, with whom I had shared the incident, did not approach to see if I was okay. I was shaky, cold, and with neck in spasm. I was very disappointed in a staff whose automated message assures an interest in the passenger's "well-being". This was not my experience.
I was surprised that this flight charged for headphones! All our other flight gave them out free. Flight attendant was adamant about the $3.50 charge!
