Happy with everything except the landing- nearly crashed.
Flight change in May meant that I got in at 10:30 at night with a 2 hour drive home. My original flight purchased through orbitz in November came in at 4:30 in the afternoon. Orbitz said that you provided limited choices even though when I looked on Quantas home page there were seats available on a flight that came in nearly the same time as my original. I was told that you did not offer access for me. Late changes have caused major problems for me and cost me several $100 for hotels or transportation because people picking me up had to work or get back to work. I am a regular Quantas/American customer but really may change due to these late changes with limited seats and choices. In one case my flight was changed to an earlier time. My ride changed work meetings until the early morning and took off the afternoon. The change was the day before I departed. I had to go the night before pay $150 for airport hotel and $25 for parking. Then a storm caused my new flight to be cancelled and I am rebooked on a flight at the same time as my original one! This is the third scramble in so many years costinge stress and $$$$. I pick my times carefully and pay a little more for them and then you change to unwanted times when there are seats very close to my original times but they are not open to me. I understand that some change is possible when you purchase but I don’t feel like you consider your economy customers respectfully when it comes to changes. Maybe you don’t consider orbitz customers!
