Very good experience with this hotel and prices are reasonable we definitely recommend

We just needed a reasonably priced hotel close to friend. Fix the bill

We needed a place close enough to get to an appointment without the morning traffic on the 401 highway! Our one complaint would be the pillows were hard and bulky. Compared to other options in Toronto the price was reasonable.

Lobby was a weird vibe walking in (like American Horror Story vibe), the incense they had gave me a headache, I was also a little confused on people staying there, I almost felt they lived there which made me feel uncomfortable, I was in the 7th floor, and everyday we walked out there was someone vacuuming, and there was always a mess of paint or drywall on the ground as if someone had been doing work, but there never was. Seemed unusual that there was always a mess when there was no work done. Also I didn't like that there is about a 1 inch gap between the door and floor to every room, so I could always hear people in the hallway... other than the smell in the lobby and the vibe I got the hotel is good and the room is clean and nice! Staff was amazingly helpful for things, they helped on booking a tour for Niagara Falls, which bus to take to go to downtown, etc!

big. hotel staff great. cheap prices. little bad condition of the hotel but compared to prices not expecting it to be better. great location as well................

The room was ok not more than that, there furniture and the room in general is really old. There's an ood and bad smell on the room.

You definitely get what you pay for. The bed was broken and the room smelled musty.

Old hotel located in a not so great part of Toronto. If you don't mind that for the price it's ok.

Dirty everywhere. Hotel stuffs are slow at reception.

The carpet are worn out and stinks from the lobby til the room and I was on non smoking section but the walk way and the room itself smell cigarette and it has unpleasant smell so terrible

WIFI was unusable, barely worked. At 2am toilet acted up and toilet paper got clogged. Front desk just gave us a new room and we had to move all of our stuff to a new room in the middle of the night. In the new room, TV was not working. Pool was completely drained and elevator seemed run down, one day it stopped working. The hotel itself was pretty dirty as well but that could be due to ongoing renovations. The staff was also very uncaring for all of the inconveniences we endured during the stay. Overall, it is a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for.

Worst hotel ever . The first room they gave me the carpet was very dirty and caked up with mold. The second room was molded but not as bad. I arrived around midnight so it was too late to leave. I booked a new hotel the next day and left. I need a refund, the place should not be open. I can't believe they required a deposit for incidental. There was nothing I could do to make it any worst. I want my cost refunded.
