This is a complaint for many reasons. Flight 2733 from LAX to DFW was supposed to depart at 4:25 pm. This flight did not depart until 11 pm. Not only was this flight severely delayed, there was zero information given to passengers about the state of our flight, I waited with no answers as to when our flight would depart. On top of being delayed, once we boarded the first airplane, we were kept in a that hot airplane for over two hours, again with no information on when we would depart.We were then removed from the airplane to a gate, where they would then be moved again to a different gate across the airport. I received a total of 13 texts with gate and times changes through our the time I was waiting, but no explanation as to why. Once we landed in DFW we were faced with another issue. Our baggage was missing, nowhere to be found I then had to wait an additional 2 hours for my luggage, when asking the employees about the status of our luggage, they were unable to give us clear answers. I did not leave the airport until 6 am the following day. I had to call off work the following day, to which I returned to my angry boss about taking the day without prior notice. I have never been across a flight with this many problems, I am typically very patient but this by far has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline. Completely unacceptable.
